With the development of Internet,distance education are changing the traditional education mode and are also deeply influencing the education mode of operation.It has a far-reaching influence on the development of global education.In the new technology,new products continue to appear to be the case,and that makes distance education more mature and perfect.For the popularization of education and the integration of educational resources,the sharing of educational resources,promoting fair education to build a powerful sharing platform,let education to achieve cross regional,cross industry,cross-border realized even.Shenyang TV University undertakes the task of distance education field in Shenyang,to meet the social progress and the students life-long education,realize the education fair at the same time,and also realize the social value of school.The Distance Open Education of Shenyang TV University is facing both opportunities and challenges.In order to play a better role and gain a good place in marketing competition,this paper takes Distance Open Education of Shenyang TV University as the research object to analysis the marketing strategy of Shenyang TV University's Distance Open Education towards the future.Firstly,the selected topic of the research background,significance and the technical route,research content,research methods are described.Then under the guidance of marketing theory,using the theory of PEST,Potter SWOT,five forces analysis method,analysis theory and analysis tools to analyse the industry macro environment,internal environment and inner environment of Shenyang TV University's Distance Open Education project.After that found out the problems in the process of marketing of Shenyang TV University.Then,using the application of STP theory to establish the target market,and then establish the 7P marketing strategy.After the formulation of marketing strategy should be achieved through various departments coordination,to both division and cooperation.At the same time,carry out some supportive measures.
