Research On The Ideological And Political Education Function Of University Administrative Management

University administration is an important part of the management of colleges,it is also a basic work in the development of universities and it plays an important role in the reform and development of colleges.It is an important support to ensure the normal operation of universities,and promotes the smooth development of college education and teaching work.At this stage,the administrative management of colleges has become an important symbol of the efficiency of school running,the level of management has become an important standard to measure the competitiveness of schools.But with the continuous development of the administrative management,there are various problems in the actual management process,gradually revealed some drawbacks at present.Such as the low political quality of staff in university administrative management,outdated management concept,rigid management methods and so on.This has become a "short board" for the long-term development of colleges.Through the analysis of the problems,I get one of the important reasons that influence the quality and efficiency of administration management is lack of ideological and political education.Because of the administration management payed much attention to mandatory provisions,ignored the thoughts of regulated and regulator,lacked of flexible humanistic care and management ideas,the above led to the low efficiency of administration management.Based on the further analysis of the connotation,characteristics and advantages of ideological and political education,I believe that ideological and political education can make up for the lack of rigidity in administrative management work to some extent.And the article has pointed out the necessity and feasibility of the ideological and political education in the university administration and has discussed the functions of ideological and political education in university administration in detail.In order to give full play to the function of ideological and political education to promote the development of the administrative management,this paper combines the actual situation of our country's administrative management and learns from the management experience of foreign universities,putting forward a new idea--flexible management.It innovates the concept and mechanism of university administration,improves the level and quality of administrative management,so as to promote the healthy operation and healthy development of colleges.
