| For the past few years,the employment situation of university graduates in China continues to be severe gradually.The employment of university graduates is getting to be a big problem of the society.To reduce the pressure of the university graduates employment,the government has published a lot of policies to encourage the university graduates to change the employment idea and to be one of the entrepreneurs.After decades' development and under the encouragement of supportive policies for entrepreneurship,the quantity of entrepreneurs from university graduates has increased a lot and the entrepreneurial climate has also changed to be better.Even so,there is still a big gap of the entrepreneurial ability of the university graduates between the Chinese and foreign according to the latest survey data,and the rate of success is still very low.The implementation result of many policies which were published by the government are not very good and there are still a lot of rooms to be improved.Jiangsu is an earlier providence which encourages the university graduates to be one of the entrepreneurs.Under the strategy of central government,there are also a lot of entrepreneurship policies published by Jiangsu province to motivate the university graduates to be one of the entrepreneurs and increase the success rate.4 universities of different types in Jiangsu are choose as examples and real influenced factors of the university graduates entrepreneurs have been studied with the methodology of empirical research.Countermeasures and advices are raised to optimize the supportive policies of university graduates entrepreneurs and help the government to publish and implement better policies which will increase the success ration of the university graduates entrepreneurs according to the current situation of the university graduates entrepreneurs in Jiangsu and the existed problems of present entrepreneurship policy and also referenced to the good experience of abroad developed countries... |
