A Study Of Policy Measurements For The College Student Entrepreneurship In Hubei Province

College students are a potential entrepreneurship population with vitality, dreams and great creativity. Recent years, to respond to the call of �Widespread entrepreneurship and innovation�proposed by the Chinese government, Hubei provincial party committee and Hubei government attach great importance to the work of the college students entrepreneurship. There is still a considerable gap between the current state and the expectation for the development of college students entrepreneurship in Hubei province. Therefore, it is very important to explore more effective ways to boost the college students entrepreneurship in Hubei province.The college student entrepreneurship is a great project needing a lot of cooperation and communication. Based on the state of the college student entrepreneurship, in this work, we first present an overview about the college student entrepreneurship in terms of research background, significance, research status,research content and methods. Then, we give the current status about the development of the college student entrepreneurship in Hubei province using survey research methods. We also propose five important factors affecting the the college student entrepreneurship and make a SWOT analysis about the development of the college student entrepreneurship. Finally, from the perspective of organizational management,we propose to strengthen the five important countermeasures system related factors including governments, entrepreneurs, universities, society and personal individual.The conclusion of this study has an important guiding role to help people to understand the current status of the college student entrepreneurship in Hubei province.
