Research Of College Students Practical Education Based On "Internet Plus" Perspective

Practical education is an important part of Marxist education thought.As far as the development process of practical education,it should keep close pace with the progress of the era and needs the integration and support of relevant social resources.It not only meets the social development trends but also helps to enhance the self evolution of education by positively impelling the combination of higher education and “Internet Plus”strategy.Nowadays,college students are the most widely and actively users of Internet technology,they are also the one of the most most important participants of practical education.It is very necessary to analysis new content,new carrier,new method and new countermeasure of practical education in the background of “Internet Plus”.In order to have a scientific understanding of the current practical education in universities,lots of works have been done on the basis of literature analysis,interviews and questionnaire surveys,using exploratory factor analysis method,we summarizes the achievement of current practical education.And we also learn the deficiencies about the practical education.Such as the lack of specific target,absence of social support from time to time,absence of records and evaluation of practical process and results,the evaluation system of practical education is imperfect,and so on.Under the realm of “Internet Plus”,the innovative attempt of practical education for college students' have been done: By upgrading the acquaintance of the practical education,we can clarify the purpose of practical education;By building “Internet Plus” college students practical education platform,we can expand the content,carrier and methods of practical education;Through the establishment of the Internet “report card” of the second class for college students and also build an evaluation system of practical activities,forming a mutual mechanism for students and enterprises.The usage of big data analysis will form the radar map which record the quality and ability of college students.This map can help students have accurate self-cognition and also help the school to master the real quality and ability of their students.What's more,this map replaces the resume when students choosing a job with a real practical experience certification during his/her collage time.Finally,a new innovative “Internet Plus” collegestudents practical education mode can be build to realize win-win for government,industries,enterprises and universities.When we applied “Internet Plus” college students practical education platform into the finding,evaluation and usage system of college student talents,it will promote the form of“college student talents big data”,the building of these data will certainly provide strong data supporting and intellectual support for national educational reform,talent cultivation and selection mechanism.
