With the "Internet +" concept rise to a national strategy in 2015, a large num ber of "Internet + Education" course learning platform came into being. on the on e hand these platforms service users effectively, bring efficient and practical cours es, provide more effective function for learners, on the other hand there are many practical problems to be solved, such as the connotation of "Internet + Education " Exploration and extension of the theory still further, while the contents of an e xisting platform presents mixed picture of the situation, the platform still lags beh ind the teaching function. This article is based on this situation, through the "Inte met + Education" further clarify the concept, constructing evaluation model project learning platform, taking the classroom of NetEase and Tencent as an example, c omparing analysis combined with the user feedback data through case analysis, cl earing the problem with such existing platforms in order to resolve the problems of the course learning platform. The main work of this paper includes the followi ng aspects:(1) The introduction part of the paper start from the background, origin and leads to the research focus. On this basis, combing the research status at home and abroad, clarifying the problem, determine the content and methods of the rese arch papers, the purpose of meaning and organizational structure. The "Internet +", "Internet + Education", "Internet + Educ ation" course learning platform concept analysis and definition, and learning and research of Internet user experience theor y, education website evaluation theory, establish corresponding basic research of th e author is going to unfold.(2) This thesis builds the "Internet + Education" curriculum learning platfor m evaluation model. Through the study of relevant literature, combined with "Inte met + Education" courses in the new period the characteristics of learning platfor m, the evaluation model is divided into interface design, the technical level, the r esources contents and teaching features four dimensions, and respectively set up u nder the four dimensions of secondary index, the construction of evaluation model for the author will analysis provide dimension of the platform.(3) To netease and tencent, for example, during class cloud adopts case stud y method, to form the main evaluation model for reference, analyze the present si tuation of the current focus on clarifying platform existence question, and why do the discussion. By questionnaire method, on the usage of the two platform user research, according to compare the data with the fourth chapter analysis, verify th e author’s research conclusion, rich strategy foundation.(4) Summary the existing problems and put forward the improvement strateg y from five aspects. Including mining user requirements, technical means and the implementation of non-technological methods, course content of the safeguard, two types of functional design including the positive feedback and interaction design.
