Since the 1980 s,as the reform of urban employment and wage system exacerbated the "professional women's role conflict",more and more professional women began to adjust their responsibilities and inputs in their work and family.With the "full two children" policy liberalization,"women go home problem" once again raised,women's family work conflict intensified.In this paper,this paper uses the method of quantitative and qualitative research to quantify the method,and use the method of judgment sampling to select 212 fertile urban professional women as the research object,the urban female household sharing,Situation,decision-making power distribution status,job type,job status,salary level and working hours of the changes in the questionnaire;qualitative way supplemented by the use of face-to-face and telephone interviews on the depth of six women as a supplement.This paper describes the current situation of imbalance and "balance" between female family roles and career development.Through the study,The reason behind this is caused by the microscopic and macroscopic factors.On the one hand,At the same time,the lack of family policy,the influence of the concept of patriarchal culture,the function of the family and the influence of the family function,the family function,the child's care and the number of children who are the important factors that affect the female family's role and career development imbalance;Changes in the structure of the family,the division of labor is also an important factor affecting the imbalance between family roles and career development.In this paper,the article uses the American scholar Crick's theory of family borders to put forward the path of balancing the relationship between female family and career development from the macro-boundary maintainers,the maintenance of the middle view boundary and the border cross as well as the mainstreaming of gender in public decision-making,the development of perfect family policies and Maternity protection,the development of domestic markets,the development of a social environment conducive to the development of women;the second is the perspective of border maintenance,enterprises to improve human resources management model,Reasonable work allocation system,strengthen family members to support women,strengthen women's career theory research;third is Micro-span,women actively across the boundaries of different organizations,reasonable arrangements for family work time.
