In recent years, urban women teachers after 80 have become the main force of secondary education along with the number of them increasing so quickly. With the deepening of education reform, urban women teachers after 80 bear more social responsibility and professional roles because of the increased professional competitive pressure and academic pressure. At the same time, urban women teachers undertake greater responsibility in family and family roles by reason of the changes in urban living environment, increased number of nuclear families and lack of social support. The disturbance of multiple responsibility and roles lead to the more and more highlighted role conflicts of the urban women teatechers after 80.So far, the study of roles conflicts of the 80 women teachers in urban high school is very few. In view of this, this paper focuses on the role problems of urban women teachers after 80 from the sociological point, by using the method of documents and case interview. The paper also studies the specific performance, influencing factors and the positive and negative functions of the role conflicts of the group.On the base of the study, relevant advices are brought forward to balance the role conflicts.In particular, the role conflicts of the 80 women teachers in urban high school are influenced by the objective external factors which contain matter, system and culture and the subjective internal factors which are explicit or implicit. Although the role conflicts of the 80 women teachers in urban high school ptomote the improvement of the group and the progress of the social, they also affect social stability, the healthy development of the education system, the harmonious family and self-improvement. The paper supposes some advices in allusion to the role conflicts of the 80 women teachers in city secondary school from macro,meso and micro levels, and attempt to analyze the way in which social work can intervene.
