Both men and women are the main force of human progress and social development.However,restricted by physiological and social environment,compared with men,women's development is not as optimistic as men.The development of women is directly related to the implementation of the basic national policy which is equality between men and women and the degree of social development.The level of women's employment and quality is an important indicator of women's economic status and social status.In this paper,based on the second and third period of Chinese women's social status survey in Hebei Province,combined with field interviews,this paper takes the new challenges into account that “comprehensive two children” to women's employment,it makes research on employment quality of urban women in Hebei province,it is found that the comprehensive index of urban women's employment quality in Hebei Province has increased,and the gap between men and women has gradually narrowed,especially the quality of work and social welfare have been improved,but the labor relations and the career development are not optimistic;Compared with the national average,the urban women in Hebei Province are better in terms of quality of work,but there is a big gap between labor relations and career development.The low educational level,the lack of rights protection concept,the lack of law enforcement and traditional gender factors have led to many problems of urban women in Hebei Province,such as the low income level,low level of labor relations,low level of welfare and social security and pessimistic career development and so on.On the basis of this,this paper puts forward four pieces of advice: Increasing investment in women's human capital,improving the work of protecting the labor rights and interests of urban women in accordance,improving the gender equality of the labor market and optimizing the employment environment of women.The research of this paper not only enriches the content of women's employment quality theory,but also can provide reference for the relevant departments to formulate and improve the women's employment of policies.
