Instructional design is the direct embodiment of teachers' teaching ideas,which determines the achievement of teaching objectives.The teaching design of middle school physics is based on the basic characteristic of physics and the actual situation of students and curriculum standards,planning the theory and method system of the problems in teaching the reasonable,and then arrangement and decision them.PCK(Pedagogical Content Knowledge,referred to as PCK)theory emphasize that we should choose the best method and strategy to present specific topics in subject teaching,and we should know students' learning difficulties,and choose the best teaching program according to the differences of students' cognitive level and psychological characteristics.The application of PCK theory in the design of Physics Teaching in middle school plays an important role in optimizing the teaching effect,guiding the students to study effectively and promoting the professional development of teachers.In this paper,Professor Schulman put forward the teaching of knowledge(PCK)background as the basis,combined with the different researchers understanding of the concept the connotation,characteristics and elements analysis of the PCK theory.The author thinks that PCK theory is mainly composed of four parts,namely,the knowledge of physics,the knowledge of the course,the knowledge of the students and the teaching strategy.At the same time,combined with the actual situation of physics teaching design in Middle School of our country,the author sums up the four characteristics of PCK:content,practice,individual and situation.Based on the literature review found that the study of PCK applied to specific subjects is less,and the application in Physics Teaching in the design is less too.The author tries to apply PCK theory in physics teaching design,and use the "acceleration" section as an example of instructional design.In the course of the study,the author conducted interviews of physics teachers,understand their understanding of the students knowledge,the course knowledge,the teaching evaluation knowledge and knowledge of structure map,and then using PCK theory as the guide,designed the teaching design of "acceleration" of a lesson.Teachers should have knowledge about the curriculum knowledge,the teaching evaluation knowledge and students' knowledge,but also need to have the knowledge of physics teaching strategy in PCK.Finally,the author puts forward some suggestions on how to improve teachers' PCK theory.The research on PCK theory can provide guidance for teachers' instructional design,and also can play an important role in the training of teachers' professional competence.I hope that the use of PCK theory to guide the design of physical teaching can provide a new perspective,to our physical classroom teaching to provide useful inspiration and help.
