Subject is the organizational system that is formed by the interaction between one's own cognitive structure and the object structure for the purpose of education or development.As an independent discipline,the construction of a scientific and complete discipline system is an important symbol of its maturity.The basic theory of discipline theory and educational policy discipline is the methodological foundation of constructing the discipline system of educational policy.As a discipline education policy structure perspective,the paper constructs three forms of discipline system of education policy: as the core of knowledge form,as the basis of organization form,as the manifestation pattern of activity form.The first chapter is the definition of the core concept of the discipline system of educational policy.This chapter first defines the core concepts involved in educational policy science research system,including the "discipline" and "discipline system" and "education policy","education policy discipline system",research on the connotation and extension of education policy,for the construction of three forms of discipline system to determine the concept of boundary.The second chapter is the methodology of constructing the discipline system of educational policy.On the basis of relevant concepts,guided by the basic theories of discipline theory and educational policy discipline,the methodology of the discipline system construction of education policy is deeply studied.The third chapter is to construct the discipline system of educational policy.First of all,through the study of educational policy as a discipline,it is divided into three forms at the structural level,and the relationship between the three forms is discussed,and the three forms of constructing the discipline system of educational policy are put forward.Secondly,starting from the different stages of the development of China's education policy subject,sort out the knowledge form of discipline system of education policy,in the form of knowledge on the basis of constructing the morphology and activity patterns of subject system of education policy;finally,the status of foreign education policy three forms of discipline system are analyzed,and then for the construction of three forms of discipline system from the education policy in our country,improve China's education policy discipline system.The last chapter is about the problems and Countermeasures of the discipline system of educational policy in China.Through the analysis of 185 books and textbooks of education policy since the founding of China and the experts interview summary and the data collected,the paper gets the conclusions that our education policy discipline system is still not perfect,and the three forms of the education policy of the discipline system is unbalanced developed,and the discipline system of education policy of organization form and activity form construction is still lagging behind and deficient.
