Study On The Form Of Grassroots Research Organization Of Social Science In University

The development of modern science and technology brought us into the era of knowledge economy. In 21 st century, innovative capability of knowledge has become the decisive factor and core driving force affects the economic and social development. The ability of knowledge creation and knowledge application embodied country competitive competence. University, the organization produces and creates knowledge, plays an irreplaceable role in the national innovative system and grows into an axial institution in the social system. Grass-roots research organizations of social science in university are the elementary units for social science researches, whose knowledge innovation capability directly affect the national cultural development and spiritual cultivation. It is the key factor determines a country's soft power. In the new era of realization of China's renewal and Chinese dream, it has practical significance of studying the grass-roots research organizations of social science in university.The organizing forms comprehensively reflect the operation and management mechanisms and straightly influence the efficiency of an organization. This thesis started from the view of organizing forms and analyzed how to improve the knowledge innovation capability of the social science's grass-roots scientific research organization in university. First, the concepts of scientific research organizations, organizing forms and innovation of organizing forms were defined in the thesis. Then, through systematic analysis and based on the theory of organization, the thesis analyzed the systematic composition of scientific research organization on social science, and the features of grass-roots research organizations in university. Third, the development process of grass-roots scientific research organization in university at home and abroad unveiled the development trend of organizing forms on social science and grass-roots research organizations. At last, the thesis analyzed the current situation and main problems of social sciences' grassroots scientific research organizations in Chinese university and discussed relative solutions from the perspective of innovation of organizing forms.
