The Application Of Prototype Theory Of Social Work In Community Social Work Action System

For a long time,whether social work as a practical oriented professional field needs basic prototype theory,it has been a rare discussion and more vague understanding about the question.Some think that social work doesn't need theory,and others think that social work is based on Sociological Theory can be,what's more,more scholars think that social work with the help of various theoretical knowledge related to social work practice,it doesn't need to belong to the basic theory of social work.In2016,Jinping Xi presided over the Philosophy and Social Science Symposium proposed,“Each subject is supposed to be constructed into systematic discipline theory and concept”.Social work as an independent profession has been institutionalized and reached a consensus,but it doesn't seem clear that the understanding of social work as a subject.At present,this shows that it is necessary to study the subject construction and basic theory of social work.In the past,concerning the basic purpose of the research on own theory of social work,mainly for serving social work practice,social work specialization,professionalization and scientification.In the past literature,although there were also research of social action,it focused on the practical characteristics of social work research and the participation process of research,and it didn't involve the question that the construction of general theory.In terms of the general theory of social work,on the whole,if it can reflect the professional characteristics of social work practice,at least,on the macro,it should answer the social construction and general mechanism of social work,in the meso perspective,it can indicate the overall characteristics of social work and its internal mechanism.Limited to this study controls the research contents,only take meso social action theory as an explanatory framework of basic research on social work action.Because Parsons' early theory of social action is compatible with subjectivity and objectivity,means and conditions,taking the goal,condition(means and social conditions),normative orientation as basic elements of social action system,making the theory of social action has the characteristics of meta theory,and it is compatible with social work system.Therefore,in the research field of community social work,how to use analytical framework of action system to explain and analyze the community social work,this study chooses two cases of community social work which happened D community of J city of L province as the object of tracking,participating in,observating and thinking.Since the reform and opening up,Great developments and changes have taken place in China's economy and society,and the overall goals of community social work has also shown characteristics of different stages with keeping pace with the times.From traditional social management system of units,through strengthening social management innovation from top to bottom,gradually moved towards a new stage that government dominated pluralistic social governance.Above-mentioned minimum social security benefits of D community,it reflects relatively simple and distinct action purpose and action system that takes the grass-roots government as the main body focus on poverty alleviation and achieve the goal of assuring all those should be guaranteed.However,house demolition of D community reflects complex relationships,which balance of interests and pluralistic social governance.Taking action system as the analytical framework to understand community social work,whether it is a single goal or multi-objective the process of social governance,it is contribute to improve understanding of overall relevance of action system,what's more,it can able to become more conscious of theoretical analysis and the efficiency of coordinating goals.
