The Research Of Community Work Intervenes In The Cultivation Of Community Social Organization

The report of the 19 th CPC national congress attaches great importance to social governance,The report pointed out that strengthening the construction of community governance system and promoting the focus of social governance on the grassroots should play the role of social organization and realize the benign interaction between government governance and social regulation and residents ' autonomy.At present,community governance is faced with many deep problems such as grass-roots government,community neighborhood,community social organizations and other community governance subjects dislocation;there is a big gap between people,wealth,things and resource supply needed for community governance,and the lack of governance resources and so on.From theory and reality,it shows that cultivating and developing community social organization can solve the difficult problem of community governance to a certain extent.With the pace of reform and opening up,the number of social organizations has shown a rapid growth trend,its overall quality was improved,but the institutional regulations were not perfect,there was no accurate positioning and lack of funding in the past,so how to cultivate the excellent community social organization to help the community governance construction,it is worthy of our research and discussion.Through the study of community work intervens in the cultivation of community social organizations,the paper aims to enrich the practical experience of the professional methods involved in social work in the process of community society organization cultivation,and to provide empirical materials for similar subject research in the future.At the same time,using professional social work methods to improve the development dilemma of old community social organizations can further stimulate residents' sense of self-government,which is of great significance for building a community governance pattern of co-construction and sharing.When conducted internship work in F community,through the participatory observation to understand the development status of F community and community social organization,it is found that there are many development dilemmas in the original community social organization of F community.After extensive review of the literature,a questionnaire survey on the satisfaction of community social organizations and interviews with multiple subjects were conducted to summarize the reasons for the slow development of F community social organizations.After the comprehensive understanding of the development of F community social organizations,under the guidance of the theory of empowerment,the three levels of individual empowerment,organizational empowerment and community empowerment were carried out.The results of various evaluations show that after community intervention,the community participation of the residents has been improved,the social organizations of the community have become more standardized,and the community governance has been diversified.It shows that the community work involved in the cultivation of community social organizations is effective,and provides some reference for similar research in the future.
