Research On Social Work Intervention In Capacity Building Of Community Social Organizations From The Perspective Of Energetic Theory

With the development of social economy,social problems have become increasingly prominent,social conflicts continue to intensify.A single government department have been difficult to meet the diverse needs of people,so the need for social forces and other aspects of participation.Based on this,community social organizations have been greatly developed.Due to the limitation of internal and external reasons,the community social organizations in the initial stage have many problems in their own ability,which need to be further improved.In this paper,G social work service center for the 16 community community organizations,under the guidance of the theory of energy-saving theory of its organizational capacity-building practice as the focus.On the basis of the statement of the theory of empowerment,the background of social work intervention,and the problems and needs analysis of.community social organizations in the capacity building,this paper discusses the intervention process of social work intervention.Such as:service preparation stage-investigations,to evaluate the demand and capacity building services design scheme,community social organization members of self understanding,and expert on community social organizations to conduct field research.Service orderly stage-community social organizations to adapt to the environment,the service object from the capacity building self-understanding,organizational capacity building awareness and related knowledge learning,build a resource sharing platform.In the deepening stage of the service,the social organization of the community excavates its own advantages,practices the relevant knowledge of the construction of community social organization ability,and carries on the resources integration and the public collection of the community social organization.Summary of the service-consolidation of the results,the final evaluation of the project,as well as professional social workers to carry out follow-up services.The author mainly analyzes the whole process of social work involved in community social organization capacity building through participatory observation,and evaluates the intervention effect.Finally,from the perspective of empowerment theory,this paper summarizes and reflects the social work intervention in the construction of community social organization capacity.
