The Research On Organizational Structure Of Mongolian Colleges And Universities

Nowadays,the comprehensive strength of our country is more and more dependent on the development of higher education,education is increasingly seen as the core of a country,Because the level of higher education directly determines the level of a person's intelligence,which determines the level of a country's cultural,political and economic development.Based on the theory of organizational function,the organizational structure and organizational level of any organization directly restrict its function and governance efficiency.Mongolia as a latecomer country,its higher education governance is weak.Although the government gradually realized the urgency and importance of university governance of higher education to enhance the governance of higher education,but because of the complexity and specialty of Mongolia,China must be strong and learn to gradually realize the institutions of higher learning strengths and weaknesses,grasp the development of national institutions of higher learning opportunities and barriers.But the core of the cut to,is to start from the organizational structure and governance structure,a good reference to the international higher education organization structure construction experience and benign management experience,and actively promote the organizational structure of the colleges and universities of Mongolia's modernization and improvement.
