Throughout the development of the international Chinese promotion career, So uth Korea is said to be the largest "export" base of Chinese culture with Sino-K orean cooperation projects gradually expanded and the established system being g-radually mature , the strong momentum give the deep-rooted traditional Chinese c-ulture of South Korean different meanings in a new era. Nowadays, the number of Chinese teachers who have been sent to Korea has been increasing year by y-ear. The relevant research and writings of Chinese language teaching in South K-orea have also greatly emerged. However, although the field of Chinese language teaching has covered primary schools, junior high schools and high schools, univ-ersities and even social-welfare educational system, it is still in the exploratory s-t age, characterized by more teaching practice summary and less theoretical innova-t ion as well as focusing on the development of the teaching skills, and less resea-rch on the learners.Based on the practice of Chinese teaching in South Korea, this paper deeply investigates the objective characteristics, including age - gender , personality, mot-her tongue level,language potential and the subjective characteristics such as lear-ning motivation, strategies, styles and concepts of Chinese learners in Korean hi-gh school and analyzes the reciprocal influence between these factors, and demonst rates the differences in the Chinese learning process and thinking mode of student s with different characteristics . The paper puts forward the specific teaching str-ategies in accord with these findings, the effectiveness of which is verified throu-gh the teach-ing practice.The structure of this paper is as follows:The first part is the review, mainly describes the meaning of learners' charac-teristics and strategies research in the Chinese teaching of Korean high school and related research results at home and abroad were collected and reviewed, and th-us blanks in the current Korean Chinese teaching research were analyzed while t-he innovation of this article was put forward.The second part is the theoretical basis, providing theoretical support for the analysis of individual differences under the critical period hypothesis, personality type theory, second language acquisition motivation type theory, second language acquisition style type theory,second language acquisition strategy type theory and second language acquisition concept type theory.The third part is the key part.It focus on the investigation and analysis of le-arner's characteristics. A brief introduction of the objective characteristics and Chinese teaching circumstance of Chinese learners in Korean high school has bee-n made at the first.It means the general characteristics and cause of formation of age, gender, personality, mother tongue background and language potential of Kor-ean high school students in combination with Korean humanistic background has been made in this part.And then the author selected students from three Korean high schools as the survey objects who learn Chinese as the second language. Fi-rst of all, the subjective learning characteristics of South Korea high school stude-nts were surveyed and analyzed, followed by the learning motivation, learning str-ategies, learning styles and language potential of students with different gender, p-ersonality and different levels of mother tongue language.The fourth part explores the teaching strategies of Korean high school based on the analysis of the characteristics of learners.. The author puts forward the co-rresponding teaching strategies according to the research results in the third chapt-er, and do a test on the effectiveness of teaching strategies through experimental methods .The fifth part is the summary of the paper work and the prospect of the f-uture research.Finally, it is hoped that the paper will provide reference for Chinese teaching in Korean high school.
