With the change of social environment and the change of the human cognition of family, family relationship is undergoing unprecedented changes, makes the remarried families and remarried families youth team grow, The family's restructuring causes the change of family structure, and which causes family relationships is increasingly complicated and parent-child relationship appears many contradictions. At the same time,teenagers are at the stage of special physiological and psychological growth and development, there will be a lot of growth contradictions, such as: insufficient independence and self ability, emotion and behavior, the instability of the contradiction,etc. So the mental health of adolescents in remarried families face enormous challenges.Current research about remarried families adolescents psychological problems is not perfect. Psychological analysis of the divorced households teenagers are more than remarried families adolescent psychological research and lack of intervention by the method of case work actual remarried families adolescent psychological problems study.So we urgently need to combine the case execution of work and adolescent social work at the angle of case work, remarried families adolescent psychological problems are studied systematically.In this paper, on the basis of relevant research literature at home and abroad, Shenyang X town Y village remarried families as the research object, not only focus on the analysis of the status and problems of remarriedfamilies adolescent psychological problems, more focus on utilizing the method of case work in remarried families teenagers psychological intervention, to help the director to improve independent ability, put forward the solution and implementation and feedback, on the theory and practice, the research in remarried families adolescent psychological problems, and provides the ideas and opinions, which has important practical significance.In this paper, guided by the professional social work theory, through the remarried families, adolescent psychological problems, such as juvenile social work definition of related concepts, clear the scope of this study and the field involved. Based on Maslow's hierarchy of needs theory, Erikson's theory of psychology and social development stage,the family system theory and the "art force" - advantage perspective theory, through the design scale, questionnaires, and family structure, case interview methods such as a comprehensive understanding of Shenyang X town Y village remarried families and remarried families in Shenyang youth status and their psychological problems,such as:remarried families youth excessive desire to love and to be protected, fear and people,social integration ability is poor, many contradictions between adolescents and parents,difficult to really get along, etc, and by using the theory of related to deeply explore the cause of the psychological problems exist.Remarried families teenagers as director,through the case,forecast, plan, intervention and evaluation, the final six links systematically to Y village remarried families teenagers psychology has carried on the four stages of the intervention, using empathy with the director to establish a professional relationship, the director to carry on the forecast, the problems existing in the service plan, together with the director of the director to direct intervention and indirect intervention,and to evaluate the intervention process and results,finally the case,draw a constructive conclusion, and accordingly put forward the corresponding proposal.Not only for the future of the field to study and put forward a meaningful insights, and perfect the social work experience, for remarried families teenagers contribute the development of social work.
