In today's the quality of education has become increasingly high for improving,elementary education reform put forward higher request to teacher's professional quality training and the cultivation of teachers.Society calls for outstanding teachers more and more intense.Excellent teachers is to promote education reform,to cultivate excellent teachers fundamentally and improve the quality of higher education.In 2010,the ministry of education reform the "excellent teacher training plan",aiming at normal colleges and universities teacher education training,promoting the top-notch innovative talents training.In recent years,the outstanding teachers from value demands on practice,the connotation and meaning of outstanding teachers continually get rich and deepen,be one of the great teacher training guide vane.In 2004,the British began to implement plan "outstanding teachers",excellent teachers as the object,encouraging them to grow into outstanding teachers as soon as possible or even highly skilled teachers,and improve the level of professional development.And the remarkable teacher training program has achieved good results.In different extent,training of teachers improve the quality of teaching and student performance.Outstanding teachers policy practice without the support of the government and related education department.This research mainly through literature analysis and policy analysis to analyze the excellence of the British teacher training practice,to compare view policy,explore the outstanding teachers to policy text analysis as a starting point,the main content of the policy from outstanding teachers and effect analysis,etc.And explore the London university's school of education teacher training for practice.In order to provide reference to our country outstanding teachers training.In this paper,in addition to "introduction" and "conclusion" is divided into four parts: the first part discusses the theoretical basis of British outstanding teacher training;The second part is mainly on the text of the education policy,the policy text content and implementation of the results it is concluded that the excellent teachers' training standard and curriculum and funding system;The college of education in the third part,London,England,for example,describes the practice of British outstanding teacher training mode;The fourth part we discuss the implications of the cultivation of the excellent teachers in England,and put forward some Suggestions for the establishment of scientific and reasonable standards.The state provides adequate financial support;Broadening the source of teachers;Reasonable adjustment state,market,the third sector and the connection between the primary and secondary schools to establish our countryoutstanding teacher and a high level of teachers is of great significance.
