In recent years,more and more attention has been paid to the training quality of normal college graduates.With the development of preschool education increasingly valued by the nation,under the background of "excellent teacher training plan" proposed by the ministry of education,improving the quality of training of preschool teacher has become an urgent task for the construction of preschool education in colleges and universities in China.Scientific and reasonable curriculum is an effective guarantee to implement the excellent preschool teacher training plan and ensure the smooth implementation of the excellent preschool teacher training task.By means of literature research,content analysis and comparative research,this study takes the curriculum setting of preschool education in nine subordinate,provincial and local normal universities in eastern part of China,middle part of China and wesern part of China as the research objects,aiming at the new requirements of preschool education curriculum set for cultivating excellent preschool teachers.the comparative analysis of different attribute normal university pre-school education professional training objectives and specifications,curriculum structure,curriculum content and so on the present situation of the problem,and sum up the reason,puts forward improvement strategy of the curriculum of preschool education in normal universities,and connecting with the remarkable teacher training requirements,conceive the curriculum plan of training excellent preschool teachers in normal universities.The comparative study and analysis show that there is a deviation in the training objective of preschool education major in normal colleges and universities with different attributes,which does not fully meet the training requirements of excellent preschool teachers.The division of the course structure is unreasonable,and the proportion of credits in each module is quite different.The course content is disordered and lacks integration and pertinence.The practice of education is weakened and disjointed from the theoretical education.Overall,as a result of the contradiction between target research and applied research,theoretical study and practical learning,professional skills and ideas,and finite time and infinite knowledge existing in thetarget location of preschool education major in normal universities,there are distinctions and problems in the aspect of the cultivation of preschool excellent teachers among different attributes preschool education specialized curriculum offered.In view of the gap between the curriculum setting of preschool education major in normal universities and the curriculum setting of cultivating excellent preschool teachers,this paper puts forward improvement strategies from the following aspects.Firstly,understand the training requirements of excellent preschool teachers and set the training objectives reasonably;Secondly,establish a balanced and coordinated modular curriculum structure;Thirdly,integrate the curriculum contents,enhance the comprehensiveness and pertinence,and puts forward the idea of training excellent preschool teachers in normal universities by combining with requirements of training excellent preschool teachers of curriculum setting.
