The Study Of The Third-Grade Hospitals Accessilbility Under The Needs Of Aging

As the process of aging accelerating,the special population of elderly is becoming the focus in various fields.At the same time,this special population is one of the main objects of medical and health services.Including the medical facilities,the radius of service for all kinds of public service facilities is usually determined by the timeconsuming travel of the whole population,which leads to the layout of the medical facilities beyond the daily range of the elderly population and cannot be a good service for the elderly.Therefore,there is a great impact on the elderly daily activities,then affects the elderly accessibility to medical treatment.Basing on the background above,this study chooses Guangzhou City as the research area and the elderly as the representative of the special groups as the object of study,which is to explore the spatial variability of medical treatment of the city.This article is mainly from the three elements of accessibility analysis as a breakthrough.In the first place,from the demand point of view,it will give a definition to the elderly population and combine with the distribution of administrative divisions on the medical population to space,and then understand the spatial distribution characteristics of the elderly population,the number of changes in the elderly population in Guangzhou and understand the characteristics of urban elderly traffic travel and medical behavior preferences through the actual questionnaire survey;Secondly,from the perspective of supply,the spatial distribution characteristics of Guangzhou medical institutions,the status of service capacity and the comfort of medical treatment were studied.From the perspective of supply and demand,it aims to explore the relationship between the elderly demand for medical treatment and the ability of hospital services.Simultaneously,combining with the characteristics of the elderly medical needs,through the Internet map to obtain the medical treatment of the elderly under the mode of travel OD travel time,builds a variety of traffic travel under the comprehensive traffic accessibility model,so as to further the characteristic of space-time accessibility for medical treatment about the elderly in Guangzhou city and judge which area are lacking of medical resources;Finally,according to the medical accessibility level of the elderly and the level of public transport network service in Guangzhou,the paper puts forward some suggestions on the optimization of the public transport network and the spatial layout of the hospital in Guangzhou.The research conclusion included:(1)the trend of population aging is more obvious in the central and the northern area.Basing on the result of the questionnaire survey of the elderly in Guangzhou,the elderly medical treatment destination is mainly high grade and good reputation of the hospitals and the medical travel mainly by bus and subway.(2)After analyzing the service area of the tertiary hospital services and service capacity and the medical comfort,it founds that in the central area,there is a part of the hospital services within the domain of less population of the phenomenon.Within the scope of service,the hospitals with large service population are mainly distributed in Nansha District,the eastern of Zengcheng District and the central area;the number space of urban medical treatment evaluation shows a single center pattern of central urban agglomeration,while the spatial heterogeneity of medical care evaluation is greater.(3)Using the integrated transport model to calculate the result of the medical accessibility of the elderly shows that there is a significant difference in the accessibility level of the elderly medical treatment.On the whole,the accessibility level of medical treatment in the urban center is higher,and the accessibility level of most of the suburban area is better,and the accessibility of Panyu District is higher than that of the northern Huadu and other areas;the level of accessibility in the outer suburb of the city is at a low level;the southern part of Panyu and the Nansha District of the southern part of the city has a low level of accessibility,and there is a relatively good medical accessibility area near the Jiekou Street in Conghua District,located in the northern of Guangzhou.(4)This study uses the area of housing construction to modify the hospital service area and the service capacity index calculation process.The result shows that the results of the hospital service area calculated by the area of the building area are more precise and the regional differences are smaller and close to the actual situation.Secondly,basing on characteristic of medical care for the elderly population,the improved accessibility model is an effective method to measure accessibility,which provides a new perspective and approach to explore the accessibility of different groups of people.
