Research On The Operating Mechanism Of The Public Service For Nanchang Nationwide Fitness

With the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness as the research object,this research investigates part of the residents from 6districts and 3 counties of Nanchang City and Nanchang nationwide fitness work-related experts,leaders and managers.By way of the document-data method,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logic analysis methods,it conducts survey on the implementation and current development situation of public service for nationwide fitness in various districts and counties of Nanchang city,organizes and analyzes the collected information and data,and constructs the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness from the angle of both theory and practice.This research carries out status survey on the public service for nationwide fitness in various districts and counties of Nanchang City,and the results show that the people in Nanchang city have a better understanding of the importance of participating in physical exercise,a strong sense of active participation in the nationwide fitness activity,and a higher participation enthusiasm.Most of the people are willing to participate in the nationwide fitness exercise and and have a higher quality requirement to the public service that is provided by the government for nationwide fitness.However,in the process of carrying out the nationwide fitness work by the government and the sports department,there still exists a series of problems that needs to be solved and implemented urgently,such as in-comprehensive relevant laws and regulations systems,insufficient degree of organization and guidance for the nationwide fitness activities,inadequate management and maintenance of the site facilities,lack of appropriate fund guarantee and incomplete supporting work,etc.On the basis of investigating the present situation of public service for nationwide fitness in various districts and counties of Nanchang city,this research summarizes the achievements that Nanchang nationwide fitness-related public service work has made and the existing problems,and constructs the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness from the angle of both theory and practice so as to make the masses form a sense of physical exercise and develop agood habit of physical exercise,ultimately form the atmosphere of all-people participation in fitness,and promote Nanchang public service for nationwide fitness progress towards the scientific,healthy,standardized and orderly development goal.Nanchang city is the capital of Jiangxi province,and thus the construction of the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness is conducive to promoting the development of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness;besides,the other cities in Jiangxi province can also take this as the theoretical basis to construct the operating mechanism of the public service for nationwide fitness that is suitable for the local place according to their specific situation.The construction of the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness is of great theoretical significance and practical value to the development of the public service for nationwide fitness in Nanchang city and other regions.This research constructs five connotation systems of the operating mechanism of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness:(1)the government service mechanism is in the leading position;(2)the guarantee mechanism is the prerequisite for the orderly operation of the mechanism;(3)the coordination mechanism is the intermediate link that connects the government,the sports department,the social forces and the masses;(4)the organizational activity mechanism is the core content of carrying out the nationwide fitness;(5)the assessment incentive mechanism indicates the assessment on the implementation effect of nationwide fitness,which plays a promoting role in the later work.The implementation of the public service for nationwide fitness takes activities as the means and site facilities as the platform;the construction and management of sports facilities are inseparable from the support of funds and talents,and the funds mainly come from the investment and donation of governments and social forces.After the awareness of governments towards the public service for nationwide fitness has been improved,they will increase the investment in site facilities,funds and talents,etc.to a certain extent,and establish and improve the relevant laws and regulations,which will thus guarantee the development of nationwide fitness work in an orderly manner.Various connotation systems of the public service for Nanchang nationwide fitness should be closely connected and mutually coordinated so as to drive the running of the operating mechanism jointly.
