This paper analyzes the status quo and causes of the middle and high graders' problem behaviors in Chinese classes of Mongolian Yucai School from the perspective of investigation and research,by using classroom records,questionnaires,interviews and case studies,and puts forward some suggestions on how to solve these problems.According to the classroom records,the increase in students' problem behaviors is mainly concentrated in the fourth grade to sixth grade stage,and students in a variety of behavioral behaviors(the impact of the class,the duration of the problem behaviors)are similar.The type of teacher response increases due to the increase of grade,the proportion of teacher's neglect of students' problem behaviors is gradually reduced,and the proportion of response to concealment problem behaviors is gradually increased.From the results of the questionnaire survey,the behaviors of the covert problem is more frequent than other types,the proportion of disruptive behaviors is relatively high,the occurrence number of institutional problems is less than other types and gets least concern from Chinese teachers.Different types of problem behaviors will cause different degrees of impact.Most of the Chinese teachers have a positive attitude towards the management of students' classroom problems,and the enthusiasm of the students is far less than teachers,but still in the middle level.Most Chinese teachers will choose different solutions because of differences between students.Through the comprehensive analysis of the questionnaire,interviews and case studies,we summarize the main causes of middle and high graders' problem behaviors in Chinese classes of Mongolian Yucai School,including students' motivation,attitude,age,Chinese level,teachers' dressing,educational concept,teaching skill,and environment of society,school,family,etc.,at the same time,in Yucai School,which regard Chinese as a key course and give a systematic management,compared to other Mongolian schools,the impact of institutional behaviors is very small.Therefore,this paper put forward three aspects of solving ideas: students,teachers,school.
