The Problems Faced By College Students'innovative And Entrepreneurial Education In Liaoning Province And The Countermeasures

Public entrepreneurship and innovation are the themes of today's society.As a highly qualified human resource,college students are highly expected in this era of innovation and entrepreneurship.The innovation and entrepreneurship education of college students is related to the personal career development and value realization of college students.It is related to the improvement of people's livelihood and social harmony.Carrying out Innovative and Entrepreneurial education in colleges and universities hits the goal of fostering high-quality talents who can meet the demands of social development and embodies the spirit of innovation and entrepreneurship.It has drawn strong attention from the Party Central Committee and State Council.The Report to the Eighteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China has stated that the government should “give more support to the training of innovative and entrepreneurial personal”.Under the dual influence of good policy environment and social environment,Chinese college students' innovative undertaking has been extremely popular.According to the Ministry of Education,by September 2015,over 423,000 college graduates have engaged in starting a business,up nearly 7% year-on-year.Reviewing the college students' innovation and entrepreneurship development in Liaoning province,the opportunities for starting a new business has increased by a large amount,however,colleges and universities are faced with much puzzlement in promoting such course.This paper targets its research on the particular group of local colleges and universities in Liaoning province,and carries out its study on college students' innovative and entrepreneurial education.The research is conducted in the following sections: first,by examining through existing books,journals,policy documents and other data,this paper determines the research background and significance of the research,introduces its research methods,clarifies the research status both at home and abroad,and analyzes the possible innovation points.Second,this paper gives clear definition on the related concepts of college students' innovative and entrepreneurial education,clarifies the basic content and goals of college students' innovative entrepreneurial education.Third,this paper shows the status quo of the development of innovative entrepreneurship education of college students in Liaoning province,and points out the problems and causes.Fourth,this paper hopes to provide effective and referential measures in further promoting the development of college students' innovative entrepreneurship education in Liaoning Province.
