At present, Liaoning province is committed to promote "public entrepreneurship and innovation", actively promote colleges and universities docking to the national policies, encourage the construction of the entrepreneurial platform, and college graduates entrepreneurship, so as to promote the employment of college graduates. Compared with university students, the students of higher vocational colleges are considered to be less competitive in the labor market. The social recognition of students of higher vocational colleges also relatively lower than university students. Higher vocational colleges should focus on the cultivation of students'practical and innovation ability, to enhance the quality of employment by entrepreneurship of students.After nearly thirty years of rapid development, the development of higher vocational education in Liaoning province has a considerable scale, the total number of college graduates in higher vocational colleges is close to half of the number of college graduates in the province. Compared with the developed provinces, the development of entrepreneurship education and service in Liaoning province is relatively slow, and the effect is not satisfactory. Higher vocational colleges establish t the entrepreneurship center, on the one hand, it can focus on difficulties in initial stage, to carry out entrepreneurship training and counseling, to provide support and services to college student entrepreneurs; on the other hand, it can cultivate students'entrepreneurial enterprises, reducing the risk of college students' entrepreneurs, effectively increasing the survival rate of entrepreneurship college students venture, reduce business students entrepreneurial risk, and effectively increase the survival rate of entrepreneurial enterprises.The research combining with the author's work experience, through in-depth research to provides the theoretical support and practical guidance for the development of entrepreneurship center of higher vocational colleges in Liaoning province.
