Research On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Innovation And Entrepreneurship Of Higher Vocational College Students In Heilongjiang Province

Innovation and entrepreneurship is an important source of national core competitiveness.As one of the most innovative and entrepreneurial potential groups,college students are the primary resource to promote sustainable economic and social development.As a hot topic in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship among college students,it has received extensive attention from the government,the academic community and the society.However,according to the achievements they have made,the proportion of undergraduates' innovation and entrepreneurship that ultimately achieve profitability and form sound development is scarcer.Horizontal comparison,the total number of college students in our province,innovation and entrepreneurship survival rate,profit rate is far lower than the numerical and other economic developed provinces in the southeast,also by comparison in the country.There are certainly some influential factors such as government support and social recognition.On the other hand,social and colleges are even harder to blame for the problems in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship education,innovation problems in the process of analysis and guidance on the link.According to statistics,higher vocational students relative to undergraduate students,entrepreneurs are more.Compared with the undergraduate students,the students in higher vocational colleges are different in knowledge base,innovation ability,overall quality,self-restraint and so on.Most of the students in higher vocational colleges is lack of necessary innovation and entrepreneurship in the process of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of systematic innovation and entrepreneurship education,lack of awareness of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of self-confidence and fuzzy direction.Therefore,the methods of training and education of their innovative entrepreneurship should be different from those of undergraduate students.In view of this situation,this article through literature research,questionnaires,interviews,comparative analysis and other research methods aimed at college students in our province during the process of innovation and entrepreneurship,innovation and entrepreneurship education,the existingrelevant policies and Regulations,the allocation of resources and financial and financial risks and other aspects of the major problems in-depth analysis and put forward to rationalize the solution to the proposal from the perspective of public management for their advice and suggestions in order to higher vocational college students in our province Innovation and entrepreneurship to provide theoretical support within its power,so as to enhance the comprehensive ability of college students in our province for innovation and entrepreneurship,so that more students of higher vocational colleges can successfully take the "public entrepreneurship,innovation," the era of trains,but also to contribute to resolve the current employment problems in our province.
