Participant Sports Tourism as one of the forms of Sports Tourism,from a broad perspective,the purpose of the tourists is to participate in sports activities,and the pursuit of the spirit of aesthetic and psychological pleasure.From the narrow perspective,tourists through physical activity to personally participate in mountain climbing,hiking,biking,skiing and sports activities,the whole process of tourism consumption to gain experience.Tourism demand not only on demand from the angle of economics,from the perspective of psychology research also includes "demand",refers to the tourism intention of consumers in a specific period of time,the number of willing and have enough ability to pay and the leisure time of the purchase of domestic tourism products in a certain price level.With the rapid development of sports tourism in China,through national efforts to develop sports as the core,to the scene to watch the games,participate in experience and visit for a series of economic activities mainly in the form of providing related products and services to the public,participant Sports Tourism is in the initial stage,which has been seriously restricted,and the demand for participation in sports tourism,there have insufficient development and discontinuous development.The purpose of this study is to explore the current situation and influencing factors of Shanghai residents' participation in sports tourism demand,in order to promote rapid development of Participant Sports Tourism.Through the collection and summary of the former on the demandfor Participant Sports Tourism research,combined with in-depth visits to observe the participation of Shanghai sports tourism supply and consumer groups for the questionnaire design and statistical description,to analyzeresidents of tourism destination preference,travel purpose,travel time and ability to pay,subjective intention survey,travel behavior research Shanghai residents of participating sports tourism and what "requirements","how much" demand.Using principal component analysis to study the main factors influencing the Shanghai residents participated sports tourism demand.And uses logistic regression analysis the demand for sports tourism in different types.The results are as follows:It is further study of Shanghai residents to what and how to Participant Sports Tourism demand.The main factors using principal component analysis method to study the effect of Shanghai residents to participate in sports tourism demand,considering different projects in sports tourism greatly affected the tourists' choice behavior,this paper uses two logistic regression analysis the demand for sports tourism in different types.The results are as follows:(1)Shanghai residents affected by the high education level,at the same time affected by urban rapid economic development,Shanghai residents participated in sports tourism spending too little,and as education levels increase,Shanghai residents of sport tourism in less,will be more focused on a participative sports tourism development,and stick to the other with the increase of age,participating sports tourism and the less effort,so the participative sports tourism customer focused on young and middle-aged.(2)There have nine main factors influencing participated sports tourism demand,from high to low are: product factors,tourism destination,safety factors,social and political factors,tourists into cognitive factors,travel agencies,tourist attribute features,tourist accommodation,tourist preference factor.(3)Different types of participation in sports tourism demand factors are different,the influence of destination food condition on the demand of all kinds of participation sports tourism,but the impact of varying degrees(In addition to the participation of folk sports tourism projects,sports events to participate in sports tourism).With more opportunities and more perfect travel insurance,the demand for sports events participating sports tourism is stronger.Folkloresports tourism,households have a negative impact on their needs.Physical exercise has the greatest influence on outdoor sports participation.The factors of tourism destination and product have a great influence on the demand of the water sports and the air project participating sports tourism.There are a great influence on the factors of products and travel agencies in the ice and snow sports.(4)Different types of participating sports tourism demand and influencing factors of each are not identical,like events participating sports tourism of Shanghai residents and basically not affected by time;Social and political aspects of folk custom project participated sports tourism has a certain guiding role,the tourists themselves love physical activity in outdoor projects participated the demand of sports tourism play a role,and destination of the food is not great influence;Water projects participated sports tourism is mainly affected by the destination food and participated the interest degree effects of sports tourism project;For air project participated sports tourism influence factors is less,may be partly because there is no air project popularization travel to Shanghai residents within the scope of the choice,does little to their needs.Travel service has much effect on the snow and ice project participated sports tourism.(5)Based on market positioning,the development of the content of products,the establishment of industry tourism system to achieve normalization,propaganda campaign to strengthen the integration of resources,with the four aspects of personnel training,accelerate Shanghai to participate in the sports tourism market development.
