With the promulgation and the implementation of the "National Medium-and Long-Term Plan for Education Reform and Development(2010-2020)",the modern education of our country began to promote the student to unify full development with individuality."Enhance students' subject literacy,for all students,and advocate inquiry-based learning,focus on knowledge and real life contact" is the principle of education,which is to truly improve the students' self level and practical ability.Therefore,the new teaching ideas and models are inevitable,such as in recent years "Highly effective class","Micro lesson",and "Layered and mobile teaching system",which is to be discussed in this article.Layered and mobile teaching system is as much as possible to achieve individualized teaching mode for all students.Compared with the traditional teaching model,Layered and mobile teaching system can fully mobilize each student's subjective initiative,play to his own advantages,explore the interest of students,so students' personality development will be maximally realized.Improving the students' overall abilities will be truly achieved.In this paper,the concept of "Layered and mobile teaching system",the correlation theory and research methods etc were introduced,according to the implement processes of the teaching mode;Secondly,the status of this teaching mode and value of application domestic and overseas was analyzed from multiple aspects;Then,the details of implementation of"Layered and mobile teaching system" were formulated from different aspects,and teaching practice was taken in senior Grade Two;Fourth,the effects of the implementation were analyzed statistically,and a summary of the advantages and problems is given;Finally,the summary for "Layered and mobile teaching system" in senior high school biology was presented.Perspectives of "Layered and mobile teaching system" in the future were also given.The conclusion could provide the theory foundation for implementing this system in future,and lay the foundation for the reform of education.After four-month teaching implementation,the students are a bit different in different subjects,but all aspects have changed.First,it will enhance students' motive to study actively.Students could choose and find a suitable curriculum and learning methods based on their various characteristics,such as hobbies,learning ability,the ability to accept,etc.,in accordance with the demand of autonomy.Under the guidance of teachers,students not only completed the required task but also make great strides forward to a higher lever.Secondly,it's more convenient for the teacher to determine teaching objectives,teaching content,and teaching methods for different students,and to cultivate talents on the different levels.Then,it provides the possibility for expansion of education and teaching model with the theoretical basis,and make a humble contribution to the curriculum reform.In short,"Layered and mobile teaching system" basically meet the requirements of the new curriculum reform.It is products based on contemporary education philosophy and adapting to the era.We should continue and further improve this system continuously.
