School is one of the important position,creation and transmission of spiritual civilization and culture is the soul of the school.School culture,can undertake to the student moral edification,help the students accept the code of ethics in the osmosis,realize the moral growth.The important point,and culture foothold and develops well is the class culture.Class culture is a kind of class management theory,humanistic theory and group theory as the foundation,refers to the class by done right value system,and the cohesion of class,to guide the class activities.Class culture is the core and soul of class spirit culture.Class spirit culture is mainly refers to class members agree that value,value judgment,value orientation,moral standards and behavior,is the advanced stage of class culture development.Class for the construction of spiritual culture to the person's appeal is huge,consciously or unconsciously influence,dominate the behavior of the students,edify students' sentiment.In view of this important role,this research through the ordos city dongsheng district experimental middle school class of 37 investigated and analyzed the current situation of the construction of spiritual culture in the cultural construction of the experimental middle school spirit is a preliminary exploration,first of all,from the accumulation of experimental middle school school culture began to talk about,and then system of interpretation of the current experimental middle school class spirit culture construction,relying on the "warm classroom",establish personalized class spiritual culture;Materialized class spiritual culture,form a drive of the construction of spiritual culture;Construction of class culture through various channels,form a cohesive spirit culture construction;Good example lead,optimize the parent-school cooperative,form a centripetal force of the spiritual culture construction.Also on the basis of action research,analyzethe dongsheng district experimental middle school as a junior high school moral education school,what deficiencies still exist in class spirit culture construction and problems,and puts forward some Suggestions for improvement.Through this study can be seen,class construction of spiritual culture construction in class even the construction of school culture has an irreplaceable role.Help the teacher in charge of class management class spirit culture construction work,can more easily manage the class effectively;Is conducive to change unhealthy phenomenon existing in the class,is of great benefit to form good ban feng,style of study;Help to improve the relationship between teachers and students,help to create a harmonious class atmosphere;Helps to cultivate students' good personality development,a healthy body and mind of students;Help to deepen and popularization of the school culture.From what has been discussed above,we can see that to strengthen the construction of class spirit culture is the important way to optimize junior high school class construction.
