Research On The Construction Of High School Class Culture

Class culture can be abbreviated as group culture.Class culture should be a combination of class group's common belief,common value orientation and common attitude.Taking Y High School in Jimo District of Qingdao as an example,this paper makes a deep analysis of the class culture construction of different classes in this school.Through in-depth observation and understanding of each class,this paper sums up the main problems existing in the construction of high school class culture: "examination culture" first,class culture connotation is insufficient,"symbol culture" surface,lack of fumigation;"Disciplinary Culture" is popular and lacks appreciation consciousness;"spiritual Culture" is lost in soul and lacks pertinence;"Unified Culture" is protruding and obliterating.The personality of the students.The author further analyzes these problems and finds out the main reasons for these problems: in the process of high school class culture construction,the utilitarian thought is serious,the cultural consciousness is weak,the evaluation standard is single and the cultural subject is obscured.In view of the problems and reasons in the construction of high school class culture,the author will take corresponding measures from four aspects: material culture construction,spiritual culture construction,system culture construction and behavior culture construction.
