Research On Medical Social Work Of Tension Between Doctor And Patient

With the rapid economic development today,material increases rich,culture becomes more colorful,but during the social transformation,a series of social problems gradually surfaced brought great troubles to people's life and work,the doctor-patient relationship is particularly prominent.The population quality and economic increases inequality,the distribution of medical resources is so uneven,newspapers,networks and other media on the relationship between doctors and patients one-sided descript,adds increasingly rich shadow to the doctor-patient relationship.How to solve the tension between doctors and patients has become a hot topic of the whole society.The doctor-patient relationship tense,with a lack of trust in the medical workers,medical personnel have the psychological,so doctors do not want to take any risk for patients,and many patients lose the best opportunity for treatment,so more aggravated the tense atmosphere of the doctor-patient relationship,the doctor-patient relationship nervous evolved into the doctor-patient conflicts,enter a vicious spiral.The contradiction between the doctor and the patient will disturb the medical order of the hospital,infringe upon the legitimate rights and interests of the medical staff,but also very likely to develop into a public security incident or criminal case,affecting the social order.Therefore,it is very important to study the relationship between doctors and patients and deal with the contradiction between doctors and patients.Taking the R hospital in Xingan Meng as an example,introduces the basic situation of the hospital,and the research status of the existence of the doctor-patient relationship,starting from the perspective of social work,mainly using the methods of observation and interview,combined with the connotation of socialist harmonious doctor-patient relationship and medical social work related literature from two aspects of medical staff and patients,understand what exist between doctors and patients now: from the patient's perspective,that doctors did not give enough attention to their own;in medical staff's sight,patients do not trust,low quality,do not understand their reasons are the biggest problems.Through a fair understanding of the relationship between doctors and patients,to resolve conflicts between doctors and patients,promote the development of a harmonious society.In this paper,according to the author's actual cases in the hospital,to understand the needs of medical staff and patients,and the role of domestic medical social workers,practical characteristics.The author hopes to increase the publicity of medical social work,pay attention to the cultivation of medical social workers,through introducing the ideas and methods of medical social work,in theory,improve people's sense of identity of the medical social work,provide a reference for the future research;in practice,to a certain extent,reduce medical disputes,increase patient between the sense of trust,so as to achieve a balance between medical staff and patients.
