Two Kinds Of Action Logic In Doctor-patient Interaction

In this paper, it analyzed and interpreted the tense relationship between doctors and patientsfrom the perspective of practical sociology, it believed that the current situation is theaccompanying phenomenon of China’s social transformation in the course of practice. Theevolution of doctor-patient relationship in China is along the main line that is the market-orientedreforms, and it has the characteristics of "dynamic--process".Through the exploration of practice process, practical mechanisms, practice explorationtechnology in the doctor-patient relationship evolution, we found that the doctor-patientrelationship is pulled by two kinds of system of reality, interaction of plan and marketmechanisms gradually generated the mutually exclusive but coexist symbiotic of two kinds ofaction logic in doctor-patient interaction. The evolution process constitutes the practice logic ofboth doctors and patients in their dynamic practice.In the context of China’s social transformation, on the one hand,the coexistence of twosystems through the semi-marketization of the hospital and the semi-marketization of themedical insurance system,as well as the fully market-oriented of drugs and devices, has formedhospital running mechanism of two kinds of logics: not only has the life-saving and the first codeof conduct for the revolutionary humanitarianism under the planned economy era of socialistculture tradition, and at the same time also has the market of hospital to cope with the marketcompetition and the pursuit of profit under the system of self-interest; On the other hand, thesemi-marketization also reshape the doctor-patient relationship, formed the materialization andalienation of the doctor-patient relationship, weakening of the doctor-patient trust and tensiontrend. At the same time in the medical field the recessive benefit chain has formed and theunspoken rules are widespread in medical practice. Two types of action logic tend to make thedoctor dilemma in the medical field, and the patients are more confused, they practice the morecomplex work related relations and social relations.In addition, the action strategy in the doctor-patient interaction, no matter under "normal"relationship or "abnormal", or "super-normal ", they all run through the interaction with theblend of the two types of action logic and reflect a blend of two systems and collision, alsobecause of this, the doctor-patient relationship not only become the hot issues of commonconcern to the Chinese society, but also become the best observation point for us to examine thetransformation of social relations.
