A Research On Doctor-patient Conflict Under The Perspective Of Social Conflict Theory

Nowadays our country is under the background of social transformation which bring the opportunity and challenge and also produced many social instabilities.all kinds of social contradictions unceasingly highlighting,accumulation,doctor-patient conflict is one of the typical representative.Frequent doctor-patient conflicts,not only affects the harmony between the doctor-patient trust relationship,more detrimental to the healthy development of medical and health undertakings in our country,and even run counter to the goal of building a harmonious socialist society in our country.Along with the constant attention on governance of Doctor-patient conflicts and building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship of importance to mutual trust,the involved medical to crack down on illegal and criminal behavior,State department various measures used jointly,the multi-agent collaborative work in society,governance of Doctor-patient conflicts has made some positive results.But there are still some disharmonious factors,doctor-patient conflicts is not to be fundamentally solved.It's fantastic to see that doctors and patients have a harmonious relationship in our modern society,however,if they become estranged,there will be a severe conflict in the society.Therefore,how to correctly understand the doctor-patient conflicts,find the reasons of the conflicts,and put forward effective governance path,which for our country to improve the doctor-patient relationship,maintain normal medical order,to maintain social harmony and stability has important theoretical and practical significance.Based on social conflict theory,this paper tries to provides a new research perspective and the governance path selection on governance the of the doctor-patient conflict problem in our country.First of all,this paper uses the time,laws and policies for clues,through the different period pattern characteristics of the doctor-patient relationship and the evolution process of analysis,find the motives of conflict cause,found that conflict transformation upgrade dynamic change,create the doctor-patient conflict of the composition of the present situation,the plural breakthrough point for the analysis of the causes of doctor-patient conflicts.Secondly,this paper according to the logic framework of the theory of social conflict,bases on the different stages and deep level of doctor-patient conflicts,from conflict disposal,conflict resolution and conflict into three dynamic development process,to find the cause root doctor-patient conflicts.Finally,this paper tries to form a multiple three-dimensional governance framework which include establishing and perfecting the governance of doctor-patient conflicts pertinent laws,regulations and policies,establishing multi-channel multi-level diversification doctor-patient conflict resolution system,to solve the problem of doctor-patient conflicts,to restore the trust relationship between patient and physician and maintaining the medical order.
