Teaching Chinese as a Foreign language is not only a kind of language teaching but also culture teaching,which is difficult to be separated.Therefore,it is important to integrate culture with language during practical class teaching so as to meet the demand of learning requirements for the students take Chinese as a second language,and at the same time to improve the study efficiency of learners,contributing to spreading China's long lasting culture.The formation and development of language is mutually interacted and influenced with cultural formation and development.Diet culture,as an integral part of Chinese culture,has its unique position in Chinese culture and its formation and development has a profound impact on Chinese vocabulary and Chinese expression.During the teaching procedure,Chinese language teaching and culture teaching just complement each other.It is supposed to pay attention to the cultural factors while Chinese language teaching.Furthermore,to let students understand Chinese food,diet culture,learn to express the related field,and be able to communicate in the actual situation.At first,the background and significance of the Dragon Boat Festival food culture in the Chinese teaching of Thailand primary schools is discussed.Under the premise of comprehensive understanding of the current status,the feasibility of Dragon Boat Festival Diet culture teaching in Thailand primary school classes is analyzed.Based on the research of China's Dragon Boat Festival diet culture,taking Thailand primary school students and the process of making zongzi as teaching objects and lead,using situational teaching method to let students understand and experience the Dragon Boat Festival diet customs,achieving the goal of cultural transmission at the same time.Finally,combining with the analysis of class teaching,this paper discusses the advantages and disadvantages and makes an evaluation and summary.Solutions are put forward according to the shortcomings in order to provide experience for other people engaged in teaching Chinese as foreign language,and to promote the process of internationalization of Chinese culture. |
