In our country national strength rapid progress at the same time,the materialneeds of people gradually reduced,instead of the spiritual needs of sports is in t he process of getting into our daily life,and become an irreplaceable link.Accord ing to the official data of the State Sports General Administration of up to 250000000 of the population in addition to "walking badminton," ball movement has be come the highest participation in sports.So far,China’s badminton team obtained i n each contest in performance is still very impressive,with the popularity of bad minton in among the people,we can predict that badminton will still be in the da ys after the item is a leading Chinese contest.At the same time,badminton has e nriched the people’s amateur life and made a great contribution to the national fitn ess strategy.The purpose of this study is to provide new ideas for badminton trai ning and material selection,and to make new suggestions for special training.Res earch methods: This study selected 5 students of badminton specialty in Jilin Instit ute of Physical Education as A group,and 5 out of school badminton players wer e B group,a total of two groups.The two groups underwent a core strength test and monitored their changes in muscle,oxygen,and brain oxygenation.Results: w hen the plate support training,compared to the non professional athletes,badminto n players of the rectus muscle in oxyhemoglobin concentration changes little,non professional athletes in the tablet support to ten seconds,the rectus abdominis mus cle oxygenation of hemoglobin will appear sharp decline,indicating that the abilityof muscle metabolism oxygen professional badminton players in the rectus is stro nger,in a short time and high intensity exercise has better endurance ability.At t he end of training,badminton players maintain high levels of oxygen and hemoglo bin in the left prefrontal premotor area.Conclusion: badminton players should carr y out the core strength training more comprehensively.All parts of the core muscl e should be trained,while taking into account the training of the deep muscles.A thletes can be trained in the core strength of the changes in the status of midbrain oxygen as a reference,to determine the athletes’ training effect,and to improve training.
