Objective: the purpose of speed skaters in level five incremental exercise,changes of deltoid and vastus lateralis vastus lateralis muscle on the right side of the left side,hemoglobin and muscle oxygen content and cerebral oxygen content,analysis of the correlation between the feasibility of whether muscle oxygenation and cerebral oxygen can be used as auxiliary movement in the training of the athletes strength evaluation index.Methods: selected 10 outstanding speed skating athletes,tested in the laboratory of the College of human movement science,make the subjects do incremental treadmill exercise in power bicycle,the initial load of 50 watts,50 watts per 3 minute increments,exercise for 15 minutes;in the incremental load treadmill exercise in the process of using MOXY muscle oxygen detection changes of muscle oxygen content acquisition apparatus,subjects around the vastus lateralis muscle and deltoid muscle value;in the incremental load treadmill exercise in the process of using the NIRSSPORT dual wavelength near infrared imaging of cerebral blood oxygenation changes of prefrontal acquisition analyzer.The number of light sources 8,the number of detectors 7,constitute the number of channels 20,the layout of the position in the prefrontal cortex(DLPFC).Results: the elite athletes of different concentration of Hb increased with the concentration of the triangular muscle load of deltoid muscle hemoglobin in increasing load is increased gradually,in one to three level load in deltoid muscle hemoglobin concentrations showed a gradual upward trend,the highest value reached 12.2,with large fluctuations in the fourth and five level load the concentration of hemoglobin,hemoglobin concentration in the blood is in an unstable state.The left and right sides of the vastus lateralis muscle characteristics consistent with the increase of load concentration trend in the first three muscle hemoglobin level load gradually increased slightly in a similar trend,a sharp decline in the concentration of 11 min fourth increased after load,but stable in short time,fifth load 14 min trough did not rise.The highest value of the deltoid muscle oxygen content appears in the first level load of about third minutes,the lowest value appeared in the fifth level load for fourteenthminutes,the maximum value of muscle oxygen content on the left side of the vastus lateralis muscle appeared at the beginning of exercise load,the minimum value of muscle oxygen content appears in the fourth load the whole tenth minutes;no depth test and hypoxia,can meet the demand for oxygen.The highest value of the muscle oxygen content on the lateral side of the vastus lateralis muscle appeared at the beginning of the exercise load,and the lowest value of the muscle oxygen content appeared at the end of the fifth stage load.The oxygen content also increases with the exercise intensity,the muscle oxygen content drops very obviously,in the first load to the third class load,the muscle oxygen content drops,in this stage,the muscle oxygen right side is slightly higher than the left side,other approximately same.In the following exercise load,the muscle oxygen content is basically in a stable state.Results :(1)use near infrared spectrum monitoring system to track short track speed skating in incremental load movement.The mobilization of muscle oxygenation and cerebral oxygen detection was observed.The experimental data show that the deltoid muscle group as a reference,do not participate in the main movement,the muscle oxygen content in incremental exercise had no obvious changes.The bilateral femoral lateral muscle groups mainly due to participate in the exercise,the exercise load increasing under the condition of muscle oxygen content in the first level load decreased,50 W power to third 150 W power load,muscle oxygen content decreased from 70% to 29%,the muscle oxygen content at this stage is slightly higher than that of the left,the exercise load movement in the muscle oxygen content basically in a relatively stable state.The use of local muscle oxygen rate is low,in the incremental load exercise glycolysis occurs sooner,not conducive to the movement of the ongoing effects of exercise capacity,illustrate the special characteristics of the test results meet the short track speed skating.And exercise load reached 150 W,the body The muscle oxygen content of the muscle no longer decreased greatly,indicating that the body regulates the supply and demand of oxygen in the motor muscle and realizes a new dynamic balance of muscle oxygenation when it exceeds a certain intensity of exercise load(2)in incremental load movement,the first(50W),the two load(100W),due to exercise load.Relatively small,the overall trend of cerebral oxygen subjects is cerebraloxygen content did not change significantly,level three(150W),cerebral oxygen content decreased gradually,the lowest value reached in about seventh minutes,because the brain has a self regulating function,when the lack of oxygen to the brain,in the regulation of neural mechanisms under oxygen supply,therefore,stimulate the brain,cerebral oxygen content increased rapidly,reaching a peak in about eighth minutes,after the fourth stage(200W)and fifth(250W)incremental movement,cerebral oxygen content is higher in grade fifth last transport dynamic load,athletes continue to force exhaustive exercise in testing personnel encouragement,cerebral oxygen content decreased rapidly,indicating the brain oxygen content decreased with the increase of exercise load fluctuates.(3)through the discussion of level five incremental exercise,can be observed in the brain of oxygen and oxygen content of muscle during incremental exercise from high to low obvious changes,that near infrared spectroscopy for non-destructive monitoring system,and the increasing load movement of short track speed skating in muscle oxygenation and cerebral oxygen in real-time,accurate monitoring the athletic load evaluation is feasible. |
