Objective:To compare and analyze the changes of blood oxygen saturation and local muscle oxygen saturation of 14 elite endurance cyclists before and after 6-week sub plateau training,as well as the correlation with the maximum oxygen uptake and other indexes of aerobic capacity. So as to explore?1?the correlation between oxygen saturation and aerobic ability?2?the change characteristics of oxygen saturation of athletes with different exercise intensity and the correlation between exercise performance?3?the gender difference of muscle saturation of athletes in sub plateau training.By using the differences of athletes'performance and muscle oxygen in different sports modes and characteristics,we can judge the characteristics of athletes,so as to evaluate the adaptability of athletes to different sports modes and indirectly guide the selection of events and daily training contents of athletes.Methods:14 elite endurance cyclists were followed and recorded for 6 weeks in sub plateau training. Before and after training, they were tested in laboratory, including body composition, incremental load aerobic test and constant power test.Fasting blood indexes?hemoglobin, hematocrit, testosterone, cortisol,?were carried out in the laboratory before and after going to Kunming,Yunnan Incremental load aerobic test?maximum oxygen uptake, maximum power, maximum heart rate, anaerobic domain, etc.?,lateral femoral muscle oxygen, blood oxygen;3-minute maximum oxygen uptake test?training data and muscle oxygen detection?.Results:There were significant differences in VO2max?ml/min?,VO2max/kg and VEmax?ml/min?between male and female athletes. The data of VO2max?ml/min?,VO2max/kg and VEmax?ml/min?after altitude training were higher than before altitude training. The VO2max/kg of female athletes before and after altitude training was significantly different from that of male athletes.Secondly, there are differences between male athletes and female athletes before and after hrlt?b/min?altitude training. There was no significant difference in HRmax?b/min?between male and female athletes before and after altitude training. There was no significant difference between before and after altitude training in the following three aspects:?1?smo2%?after exercise?increasing exercise, immediately decreasing percentage of SpO2,30s recovering percentage of SpO2?after exercise?increasing exercise, and 30s total hemoglobin recovering percentage of THB?after exercise?increasing exercise.Secondly, with the increase of exercise intensity and PPO?%?,the content of muscle oxygen saturation decreased gradually. The results show that the anaerobic threshold power is mainly distributed between 60-75%of the maximum oxygen uptake power, and most athletes focus on 65%-70%in a smaller range.Comparing and analyzing the characteristic changes of special sports performance and muscle oxygen saturation. The muscle oxygen saturation corresponding to the range of anaerobic threshold power is 35-45%,that is to say, when the maximum oxygen uptake power corresponding to anaerobic threshold power is 60-75%,the muscle oxygen saturation content is 35-45%,and the results of male and female athletes are the same. The results of the average frequency of the constant power test showed that there was no significant difference between the male athletes and the female athletes before and after the 6-week sub plateau training, but the treading frequency of the female athletes decreased significantly?P<0.05?.According to the publicity P=FS,it indicated that the special treading force decreased.Secondly, the data of 4 athletes with treading frequency of 81-85 RPM were removed, and the change range of muscle oxygen saturation was analyzed in the process of constant power exercise of athletes with treading frequency of more than 86 rpm and less than 80 rpm.The results showed that high frequency led to more oxygen consumption, increased deoxyhemoglobin, and maintained at a lower level of muscle oxygen saturation. In constant power output bicycle sports,in a certain range, high pedaling frequency will produce higher oxygen consumption, muscle oxygen saturation also has similar small changes, although there is no statistical significance, but it has a better prompt effect on the selection of pedaling frequency of timing bicycle sports.Research conclusion:by tracking 14 cyclists who participated in 6-week sub plateau training,we found that:?1?After six weeks of sub plateau training, most of the athletes'aerobic capacity index increased significantly. The range of anaerobic threshold power was mostly60%-75%PPO,and the corresponding muscle saturation was 35%-40%.At the same time, the special strength of athletes decreased, and the decline trend of female athletes was significant.?2?In constant power output bicycle sports,in a certain range, high pedaling frequency will produce higher oxygen consumption, muscle oxygen saturation also has similar small changes, although there is no statistical significance, but it has a better prompt effect on the selection of pedaling frequency of timing bicycle sports.?3?There is no gender difference between male and female athletes in the promotion of endurance ability by sub altitude training, but the decline of specific strength is more obvious than that of male athletes. In addition,in the low oxygen environment, the efficiency of blood flow redistribution to active tissues is lower and/or the carrying capacity of hemoglobin is lower than that of male athletes, and they rely more on partial oxygen extraction, which will lead to the difference between male and female athletes With less oxygen extraction reserve,it shows that the constant power test is primary, and the muscle oxygen saturation drops to the low maintenance level faster.
