Reserach On The Present Situation And Countermeasures Of Food Safety Supervision And Manahement In Primary And Middle Schools

This article through to the Yuyang District of Yulin city 30 school canteen food safety situation investigation,investigation content involves eight categories,according to the survey results of primary and secondary school canteens in the average passing rate of eight were 75.28%,the average primary school canteen canteen,an average of 78.95% junior high school high school average of 82.21%,the whole school cafeteria all items the average pass rate of 78.76%.The qualified rate is the lowest in primary school canteen in the establishment of raw material management,overall major items of the average pass rate in more than 70%basic qualified.Through field survey and analysis of the results of the survey,respectively,from primary school,the school canteen itself and relevant government departments to analyze each in the school canteen food safety problems existing in the management process,and put forward innovative measures should be adopted respectively according to their actual situation.Finally,to give some suggestions for the school canteen food safety survey found that during the visit,also from the relevant government departments,schools and the school canteen itself to analyze these three aspects of countermeasures.In the food safety management of primary and secondary school canteens,local education departments should strengthen the school canteen investment,improve infrastructure,and should also ensure that schools can implement preferential policies to alleviate the pressure of the school canteen.The school should strengthen safety education,improve the relevant safety supervision mechanism and system;food safety management system should be formed of primary and secondary school canteens,such as the "PDCA" circulation and "six management method" good management system,and centralized purchasing of food supplies Aggie butt.So as to ensure the food safety of primary and secondary school canteen,to protect middle school and primary school students' body can grow up healthily.
