College student canteen is a place for students to eat together.The food hygiene and safety of student canteen is directly related to the health of teachers and students and social harmony and stability.In recent years,with the continuous advancement of the reform of logistics socialization in Colleges and universities,the logistics service in Colleges and universities is basically socialized,among which the socialization degree of student canteen is the highest,and the business entities of student canteen are diversified,which leaves hidden dangers to the food hygiene and safety of canteen.Therefore,it has important practical significance to study the food supervision in Colleges and universities.Only by studying the effective supervision system of food safety in colleges and universities can we improve the reliability of food safety in college canteens and make college teachers and students eat at ease.By seeking countermeasures and analyzing the problems existing in the food safety of college canteens,this paper tries to find out the causes of the problems,and analyzes the solutions from the causes,so as to construct a good dining environment in colleges and universities and ensure the food safety of teachers and students.This paper mainly takes x university as an example to discuss the food safety supervision of university canteens.First of all,through a large number of research documents related to the current situation and supervision of food safety in university canteens,the current situation of university food management is analyzed,this paper discusses the main contents of the food safety problems in the canteens of colleges and universities from the aspects of raw material purchase,food storage,food processing and food sales,starting with the problems existing in the supervision of food safety in canteens,this paper divides the problems into three aspects: the self-cause of colleges and universities,the social environmental cause and the supervision mechanism,from the aspects of purchasing,processing,selling,testing and so on,the social and environmental reasons take into account the socialization reform of the management mode of university canteens,the problems of food production and management personnel,and the problems of food source,finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned problems,some suggestions are put forward to solve and improve the level of food safety supervision in university canteens,there are two directions,the university itself and the social level.In the aspect of college canteen supervision,we should strengthen the propaganda of food safety knowledge,train the staff,control the whole process operation and optimize the management mode of the canteen.In addition,the social level should refine the food safety management system,formulate targeted food safety management methods,and rethink how to implement logistics socialization management on the basis of ensuring actual results,from a higher level of management and perspective to do something to help colleges and universities improve the level of food safety supervision.It is hoped that this study can provide reference for the food safety supervision of all college canteens in our country. |
