Research On Food Safety Informatization Supervision Of Canteens In Primary And Secondary Schools In Nanming District, Guiyang City

School canteen,usually refers to the school staff and students dining place.The main service object of school canteen is students.Due to the particularity of service object,significant social influence,concentrated meal time,and large meal supply,the school canteen's food safety is essential.Therefore,how to strengthen the school canteen food safety supervision and management,to ensure the safety of students entrance,is the research content of this paper.Taking the food safety information supervision of primary and secondary school canteens in Nanming District of Guiyang City as the research object,the author investigated the primary and secondary school canteens in Nanming District of Guiyang city through field investigation,interview and questionnaire,hoping to provide reference experience and suggestions for improving the food safety information supervision and management of school canteens.Through a series of investigation and research,it is found that there are three difficulties in the supervision of food safety information in the government,school and society in the canteen of Nanming District,Guiyang.To solve these three regulatory difficulties,we should give full play to the functions and responsibilities of different subjects.The first is to give play to the leading role of the government in the information supervision of food safety in school canteens;the second is to implement the main responsibility of the school for food safety in canteens;the third is to improve the way of social supervision and broaden the channels of participation.Hope that we can bring some different ideas to the school canteen food safety information supervision and management through the research of this paper.Through playing the leading role of the government in the information supervision of school canteen food safety,implementing the main responsibility of the school for canteen food safety,improving and broadening the social supervision channels,this paper provides strong suggestions for the information supervision of school canteen food safety in Nanming District of Guiyang City,and protects the safety of the majority of students.
