Research On Urban Adaptation Problem Of University Graduates Of Rural Nationality

At present,our country is in the rapid development period of urbanization.The rural college graduates play an important role in urban modernization and social development.The quantity and quality of the rural graduates are increasing,the urbanization role of play an increasingly important role in the development has become a major dynamic new human resources.The rural graduates are facing many difficulties and contradictions to adapt to the city.On the one hand,they accepted the higher education to a certain extent,which can well adapt to city life and work in personal ability,professional knowledge,comprehensive quality and so on.But on the other hand,they are the vulnerable groups in the development of the city.The economic life and psychological aspects are difficult to adapt the city.To the reason,one is that the household registration system,urban and rural culture,the social security system and other aspects of the shortcomings and deficiencies have limited to the current higher education in China;two is that graduates have the lack of ability,habits and embarrassing situation of transformation of traditional concept,social support network,etc.This paper will strengthen the research on these problems and countermeasure,and improve the rural graduates city adaptation ability is particularly necessary.The main content of this research are: Based on the summary and analysis of domestic and foreign scholars on the city to adapt to the relevant research results,and based on the current China's rural graduates to adapt to the status quo of city,the paper designed the questionnaire,took 320 college graduates from three universities as the object of the questionnaire to adapt to the basic situation of the economic life of the city and psychological adaptation.On this basis,it discussed the problems and reasons to the group characteristics and City University graduates from rural areas,and puts forward the rural graduates to adapt to city promotion countermeasure.Through the questionnaire survey analysis and empirical analysis,this study drew the following conclusions: firstly,through the analysis of the results of a questionnaire survey to adapt to the status quo of rural graduates in 300 city statistics,this paper found that they meet in the city's economic life and psychological adaptation,which are many problems and contradictions in two aspects,which limits their better and faster to adapt to city life.Secondly,it studied the group characteristics of the rural graduate mainly in out in the rural society the social elite;the city is relatively vulnerable groups.There are varying degrees of imbalance of the role in three aspects of the phenomenon.Thirdly,the rural graduates adapt to city specific performance in social support is insufficient,lack of social capital in urban and rural areas;cultural conflict,habits change difficult;the household registration system,three aspects of the concept of household registration.Fourthly,the countermeasures to promote the rural graduates to adapt to the city is should expand the social support network,the development of individual social capital;strengthen cultural exchanges between the urban and rural areas,promote the flexibility to change the habit;promote the reform of household registration in urban and rural areas,to break the constraints of household registration restrictions.
