Residents’ Sense Of Well-being On The Influence Of Labor Mobility Orientation From The Perspective Of Urban-rural Economic Integration Study

Since the reform and opening up,the flow barrier between urban and rural areas has been gradually weakened,and the scale of the floating population has been increasing.With the transformation of China’s main contradictions since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the drawbacks of "still large gap between urban and rural development and income distribution" have become increasingly prominent.How to improve residents’ happiness and promote the free flow of urban and rural labor force is an important measure to promote urban-rural economic integration and urban-rural economic development.Therefore,establish a comprehensive index system of urban and rural labor migration orientation effect,the subjective factors of expansion of urban and rural labor migration orientation,broaden and deepen its research category,residents’ happiness into the labor mobility between urban and rural areas and urban and rural economic integration process,not only can expand rural revitalization and the theoretical basis of the urban and rural development as a whole are set for the government to promote economic integration of urban and rural,enhance residents’ happiness satisfaction of effective policy to provide certain reference in reality,it is of great theoretical significance and practical significance.This study from the perspective of efficiency and fairness,on the premise of correct understanding of economic development between urban and rural areas and residents "happiness" as a key indicator variables,puts forward five relevant theoretical hypothesis,and to explore the role of the residents’ happiness levels of urban and rural labor migration orientation path,based on 2008-2019 national 31 provinces panel data and sun yat-sen university social science research center of China’s labor 2016 micro dynamic survey data(CLDS),and the contrast between urban and rural areas,social development factors,urban and rural factors and personal factors,family factors,job factors,social security factors as control variable,The empirical model of happiness and labor mobility orientation is constructed from different macro and micro perspectives.The results show that residents’ happiness has a significant positive effect on the orientation of urban and rural labor mobility,but the significant positive effect of residents’ happiness on urban and rural labor mobility is relatively weak.From a macro perspective,the effect of rural-urban contrast factors on the rural-urban labor migration is negative,the effect of unemployment rate and consumer price index on explained variables is negative,the effect of natural growth rate is significant and positive,and the push and pull effect between urban and rural areas is obvious.From microscopic perspective,individuals had the greatest influence factors on the urban and rural labor migration,village house type,political landscape,foreign language level and labor mobility between urban and rural areas show significant positive correlation,in family factors,the number of brothers and sisters in urban and rural labor flow significantly negative,whether parents living in urban and rural labor flow significantly positive,work and social security factors impact on the urban and rural labor migration orientation.In the future,it is important and feasible to promote the free flow of urban and rural labor force and improve residents’ sense of happiness.From a macro perspective,it is necessary to reasonably adjust the industrial layout and promote the coordinated development of urban and rural industries.Rational allocation of urban and rural public resources,balance urban and rural infrastructure allocation;We will stabilize the indicators for the operation of the economic infrastructure and promote the free movement of labor in urban and rural areas.From the micro perspective,the working environment of labor should be optimized to improve their job satisfaction.Strengthen the labor force skills training,training all kinds of professional personnel;We will improve social security policies and increase welfare benefits for the labor force.How to effectively study the improvement of the intergenerational mobility of labor force,reduce the crowding out effect in the process of mobility,and avoid the development block caused by labor force mobility is the direction of further research.
