Research combines the technique of volleyball, the use of plyometrics principle, using methods of understanding of the features of various handwaving practice, looking for better improve upper limb explosive volleyball athletes training methods and solutions.Methods:using the expert interview method, experimental method and mathematical statistics.18 of education in Beijing sport university college volleyball boys to methods of electrical test, experts selected by synchronizing video footage of eight spiking handwaving good subjects, will this data as the myoelectricity raw data, analysis the smash of characteristic; 18 volleyball boys were randomly divided into 3 groups, the experimental group Ⅰ during a training at the same time use the medicine ball with elastic band, the experimental Ⅱ group using only one of the elastic belt and medicine ball, control group without training, through the eight weeks intervention experiment, find the best training program to enhance volleyball players upper limbs explosive force.Results:1, in all sorts of spiking handwaving stage, deltoid, pectoralis major, subscapularis, biceps, triceps, radial extensor muscles, hand and forearm flexor muscle of integral electric contribution rate between 5% and 23%, mobilization of each muscle rate is generally lower, only by elastic belt spiking handwaving mobilization of shoulder muscle rate is relatively high, a medicine ball smash handwaving mobilization of free upper limb muscle rate is relatively high.2, the experimental group obviously improve the upper limb explosive force, the control group was not significantly improved; Experiment Ⅰ upper limb the improvement of explosive force is greater than the experimental Ⅱ group, its upper limb spiking handwaving peak power before and after the experiment, the maximum speed and average power by T test, P value is less than 0.05, there are significant differences.Research conclusions:1, the spiking handwaving stage, deltoid, pectoralis major, triceps, and extensor in your hand and forearm flexor is spiking of main power muscles.2, a medicine ball smash handwaving and its elastic belt smash handwaving combined practice can maximize spiking handwaving main upper limb muscle power.3,3 kg medicine ball and black elastic band combination can improve upper limb spiking handwaving maximum explosive.4, practice times divide medicine balls and elastic band combination training of volleyball players improve the effect of upper limb explosive are better, in a training at the same time, using the elastic belt and medicine ball training to improve the drop shot of upper limbs explosive force is best.
