The training of modern javelin throw has changed from the traditional training mode emphasizing the training of great power and overload to the new era of fast strength training.The new training model and higher performance requires athletes to complete a series of technical movements,but also with the fastest speed of Javelin throw.These require not only the athletes have a certain amount of absolute strength and the characteristics of the small muscles in line with the characteristics of the javelin,but also requires athletes to complete the speed of action as a guarantee.For the individual good athletes technical level,scientific and reasonable arrangement,effectively force athletes special strength training in small muscle strength and fast strength proportion is particularly important,the key is the project to achieve good results.This article through the literature method,interview method and mathematical statistics method to train the athletes of Bangladesh,combined with modern Javelin Training Characteristics,provide a reference for coaches and athletes to improve Bangladesh Javelin Training effect.The conclusions are summarized as follows:(1)the general strength of the quality of Bangladesh javelin athletes and athletes from other countries in Asia have certain advantages,big muscles have obvious advantages,Bangladesh athletes skeletal muscle,but the height and weight of the water were lower than those of other Asian countries,and India and other Southeast Asian countries level.The sensitivity and quality of the male athletes in Bangladesh are good,but the strength,flexibility and endurance are relatively weak.(2)the strength training of the men’s Javelin Throwers in Bangladesh is mainly based on the big muscle group training,and the proportion of the general strength training is larger.The bench press,squat snatch,jump,jump practice with general strength training,training methods and means are consistent with other countries.(3)the training of the special strength of the use of the back of the head after the pull,the position of the back of the neck after the lift,the position of the neck after the press,and the special throwing training more neck barbell press,pull the rubber strip,combined with the weight of equipment throwing exercises.The methods of strength training of the men’ s Javelin Throwers in Bangladesh are similar to those of the high-level countries,but the training methods are relatively simple and lack of innovation.(4)Bangladesh Men Javelin Athletes with different training tasks in different training period,the period of double peak for 3-7 months each year and September as the competition period,keep the load,large load strength training arrangements,ready to load quantity and load intensity are large as in 11-3 month,July.Keep a small load and small load intensity arrangements during the recovery period in August. |
