Core strength training first for fitness and rehabilitation area, as its value of gradually appeared, several Europe scholars introduced it to athletic sports area. Core strength training more emphasis on the human nervous muscle domination and control, the coordinated development of the small muscles of the core area, as well as coordinated and cooperation between the large and small muscle groups, and constantly promote the benign development of the human nervous system and ontology feeling system, strengthen and improve the body control capacity and power transmission efficiency.Using literature, mathematical statistics, comparative analysis, logical analysis to study core strength training of the body on the20subjects of Northwest University for Nationalities. Aims to explore the role of coer strength training on the javelin teaching and training. Through statistics and analysis of the experimental and control groups before and after experiment, the following conclusions:1.There are5special strength indices in this exprriment, for example, the standing long jump, before and after throwing solid ball,30chin-up and40kg barbell bench press. There are only3indices is not a significant difference (P>0.05) of subjects in control group after the experiment, which are standing long jump,30chin-up and40kg barbell bench press. While there are significant difference (P<0.05) of five indicators in experimental group after the experiment. Similarly, the five indices are significant differences after experiment of the control and experimental groups.2.In this experiment, the special speed indices including a standing20m run, standing60m run, and gun30m run. Through the implementation of core strength training, there were significant differences (P<0.05) of between experimental group and the control group after experiment, and control group before and after experiment, but the control group was not significant differences (P>0.05). It is certain that core strength training can improve the subjects running frequency and coordination of upper and lower limbs.3.After experiment, according to the statistics and analyzing the5indicators data of body core stability, discovered that there were significant differences of5 indicators of the experimental group (P<0.05), simultaneously, the time for single foot standing with eyes closed of the experimental group showed very significant difference (P<0.01). Indicating that the core strength training can improve the core stability of experimental group subjects, resulting in approvement of a single foot with eyes closed standing capabilities.4.The body core strength and javelin result of experimental and control groups showed significant difference (P<0.05), and group javelin result showed very significant difference (P<0.01) of the experimental group and the control group before and after the experiment.Indicating that the core strength training can effectively improve the accuracy of the subjects of nervous system on muscle, raise speed control, enhanced the stability of core parts of the body, balance and effectiveness of continuous dynamic delivery when the subjects in Javelin-throwing process,...
