From the perspective of human movement chain and special javelin training technology,this paper considers the human body as a rigid body.By helping the rotation of the trunk to drive the whipping action,the movement range of the shoulder and hip axis joints is increased,and the work distance is shortened.Javelin,as one of the most enjoyable field events,has always been concerned by the majority of sports fans.However,due to its complex movements and single training means,many people still stay in the viewing stage.This paper adopts the methods of literature review,expert interview,experiment,photography,image analysis and mathematical statistics,combines the core training theory of spiral chain with javelin training theory,constructs the overall scheme of core activation training of spiral chain and makes training plan.This paper analyzes the training effect by image analysis method,and discusses the image of "spiral chain core activation training method" on javelin performance in javelin training.It is intended to provide examples and practical experience for javelin training and technical teaching and enrich theoretical basis.To make up for the lack of javelin training field,and provide data for further research and reference for subsequent research.The research results are as follows:1.Core activation training of spiral chain is a comprehensive training on a special subject and a training method combining the advantages of various training methods.It not only emphasizes that the movement quality of javelin and the movement mode of "movement chain" are more consistent with the special javelin force generation,but also that the core activation training of spiral chain can be more economical and reasonable for the transmission of power.To javelin achievement and technical improvement have direct help.2.The research results showed that after core helical chain activation training,the subjects tended to be stable in the fluctuation of the center of gravity.The fluctuation range was smaller,the core part was more stable,the lower limb coordination was more coordinated,the quantity transfer was more smooth,and the loss was less.At the same time,each step of the throwing step was longer and longer,and the rhythm was improved more obviously after the experiment.Lower limbs move more smoothly.The change of the subjects' speed was more in line with the kinematics law,and the motor technology was significantly improved compared withthat before the experiment.3.According to the changes of left and right knee angles,hip angles and shoulder moving distance,the braking support and pedal rotation effect of the subjects were greatly improved,and the control force of the javelin was improved when the javelin was fired,so as to make the javelin technical movement more standardized and reasonable.4.By comparing the shooting height,shooting Angle and shooting speed of javelin,it was found that these data tended to be more in line with the theoretical value after the spiral chain core activation training,and the sports performance was improved correspondingly.This indicates that the spiral chain core activation training method conforms to the biomechanical law and the movement law in javelin training.5.By comparing the data with the trunk lean Angle and the compensation theory in the motor training,we found that the compensation effect of the body was significantly reduced after the spiral chain core activation training method,and the trunk lean Angle was more consistent with the theoretical value.
