Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of Female Professional Football Players In China

Football is the most influential sport in the world,and the Chinese women's soccer team has been one of the models for Chinese team sports.From the perspective of incentive mechanism,by combining with the current background of domestic football development,this study tries to solve problems,such as the low level of professional identity of female professional football players and the low participation rate of female youth players,and offer some countermeasures.In this study,the research on the construction of incentive mechanism of Chinese female professional soccer players are taken as the study object.By using the method of literature,interview,questionnaire and statistics,this study researches some chinese female professional football players from Dalian Quan jian Women's Football Club,Jiangsu Hua tai Women's Football Club,Hebei Hua xia Fortune Women's Football Club and Shaanxi Women's Football Club as well as some female coaches and managerial personnel.The conclusions are as follows:The current situation is not optimistic,not only for the youth development,but also for the development of the professional players.In terms of incentive mechanism construction,material incentives,spiritual incentives and institutional construction are very thin on the ground.For Material aspects,the individual income is generally quite low,and the income gap across the spectrum of all players is very wide;facilities are of low quality,which can't meet the needs of the players;the academic education of the players is carried out in a half-hearted way,the aftercare of ex-service players is not comprehensive and there is no written rules and regulations or preferential policies designed by the relevant departments;This is interpersonal discord among the players;coaches need to enhance their communication skills,Chinese Football Association and local member associations should take measures,such as regular coaching courses and CDP courses for female coaches,so as to solve this problem.
