Research On The Construction Of The Success Factor System Of High-level Female Football Players In Universities In Shandong Provinc

Women’s soccer was developed earlier in China and reached its peak as early as the end of the last century,allowing the resounding rose to blossom around the world.With the development of women’s football in various countries in recent years,it has brought a greater threat and impact to Chinese women’s football,which is not as brilliant as it used to be,and the development of women’s football in China is facing unprecedented challenges.Women’s soccer is facing a series of problems such as lack of reserve talents,age gap and low success rate.High-level women’s soccer in colleges and universities has been developing rapidly in recent years with the support of policies,and a large number of student players have emerged,and the model of cooperation between professional clubs and colleges and universities has been widely promoted.The study of high-level women’s football in colleges and universities can,to a certain extent,provide a theoretical basis for the construction of women’s football talent training system and promote the better development of high-level women’s football in China by making suggestions.Based on this,this paper starts from sorting out the relevant literature,refining and defining the connotation of the concept of high-level female university soccer players and success,constructing a theoretical foundation,and sorting out and reviewing the research of relevant scholars,and formulating a research plan based on this,and after two rounds of expert consultation,screening and constructing an evaluation index system of factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province universities,assigning weights to the index system through the combination of AHP hierarchical analysis and entropy method,and summarizing and analyzing the indexes of each influencing factor.Finally,based on the theoretical system and analysis of the results,development countermeasures and suggestions are proposed for the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong Province universities.The conclusions of the study are as follows:(1)After three rounds of expert questionnaires,based on the results,the evaluation index system of factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong Province colleges and universities was finally determined by using the Delphi method,in which two primary indexes are internal factors and external factors;four secondary indexes are genetic factors,psychological factors,sociological factors and training factors;and a total of 39 tertiary indexes.The evaluation index system with strong correlation,logic and hierarchy is formed,which can reflect the relevant factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong Province universities in a more systematic way.(2)The evaluation index system of the factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province colleges and universities constructed in this study conforms to the rules of kinesiology evaluation and statistical requirements,and the weights of each index are reasonably assigned,so it is scientific and objective.The evaluation system has been confirmed by communication with several experts and teachers in this field that it is highly operable and can truly reflect the factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong universities.(3)In this study,the weights of the indicators in the evaluation index system of factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province universities were calculated by using a combination of subjective and objective assignment methods,and the order of importance of the weights in the primary indicators was: external factors(0.667)> internal factors(0.333).In the secondary indexes,the order of the weight of the four indexes is: training factor(0.500)> psychological factor(0.230)> sociological factor(0.167)> genetic factor(0.103).It can be seen that among the factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong Province universities,the training science factor is the most influential factor on female soccer players,so the training science factor of female soccer players should be paid attention to in the training process of female soccer players.(4)The evaluation index system of factors influencing the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong universities established by the study can provide some reference for the cultivation of reserve athletes of high-level female soccer sports in Shandong universities,and can be applied to a certain extent to the cultivation of female soccer players of different levels and grades,so as to cultivate more excellent talents for Chinese female soccer.(5)In order to improve the success rate of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province colleges and universities,enhance the level of female soccer in Shandong province colleges and universities,and improve the environment of female soccer in Shandong province colleges and universities,based on the theory of sports talents and the theory of success,we combine the evaluation index system of factors affecting the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province colleges and universities and the analysis of factors affecting the success of high-level female soccer players in Shandong province colleges and universities,as well as society,schools and individuals.At the three levels of society,school and individual,we propose to change the concept of cultivation and expand the population of women’s football;improve social recognition and create a good atmosphere;improve the guarantee system and provide a development pathway;improve the competition system and enrich the development form;strengthen the integration of sports and education and improve the cultivation mechanism;improve the coaching team and cultivate professional talents;strengthen the training monitoring and improve the logistic guarantee;resolve the contradiction between study and training and The development suggestions are: sharpen the spirit and will,inherit the spirit of women’s football;study culture and knowledge,strive for all-round development;properly handle the relationship,promote physical and mental health.
