A Study On The Factors Influencing The Employment Pressure And Job-hunting Behavior Of College Students In Henan Province

There are a large number of college students in Henan Province,the number of college graduates is increasing year by year,making the employment situation more and more severe.The employment problem of college students in Henan province is more concerned by the society.This thesis studies the influence factors of employment pressure and job hunting behavior,which can promote the employment of college students in Henan province by alleviating the employment pressure of college students and enhancing their job hunting behavior.This thesis includes three researches: the first research is to explore the relationships among occupation career planning ability,occupation maturity and employment pressure,and occupation career planning ability and occupation maturity are how to influence the employment pressure;the second research is to explore the influence of job hunting behavior from the aspects of academic achievement,interpersonal relationship problems,general self-efficacy and school categories and regional development;The last research is exploring the relationship between occupation career planning ability and employment pressure,which bases on the first research through group psychology counseling to explore occupation career planning ability is how to affect the employment pressure.The first research through explores 600 college students who comes from 4universities in Henan Province to describe the basic situation and analysis the difference on the demographic variables of occupation career planning ability,occupation maturity and employment pressure.And this research also explores the relationships between occupation career planning ability,occupation maturity and employment pressure,which are significantly related and occupation maturity has a complete mediating effect between occupation career planning ability and employment pressure.Finally,this thesis puts forward some measures and suggestions to reduce the employment pressure of college students from the aspects of occupation career planning ability and career maturity.The second research through investigates 770 university graduates who comes from 6 universities of Henan province aiming to describe the basic situation and analysis the differences in the demographic variables of interpersonal relationship problems,general self-efficacy and job hunting behavior for Henan province university graduates.And it also explores the relationship between interpersonal relationship problems,general self-efficacy and job hunting behavior and test whetheracademic achievement,interpersonal relationship problems,general self-efficacy,school categories and regional development has a significant impact on the job hunting behavior or not.At last,I will propose relevant measures and suggestions to enhance job hunting behavior of College students according to the research results.The third research is through give two groups of a total of 70 college students guidance by group psychology counseling to further explore the relationship between College Students' occupation career planning ability and employment pressure and test whether the group psychology counseling whose theme is “improving college students occupation career planning ability” can improve their occupation career planning ability and then indirectly relieve the pressure of employment.The main conclusions are as follows:(1)In total,Henan college students' occupation career planning ability,occupation maturity and employment pressure have reached the middle level.(2)College students' occupation career planning ability has significant differences on the mother's education and part-time work.The occupation maturity has significant differences on their majors.And employment pressure has significant differences in Political outlook.(3)Occupation career planning ability,occupation maturity and employment pressure of college students have significant correlation.There is a significant positive correlation between occupation career planning ability and occupation maturity;Occupation career planning ability has significant negative correlation with college students' employment pressure,and occupation maturity has significant negative correlation with college students' employment pressure.(4)Occupation maturity plays an complete intermediary role in occupation career planning ability and employment pressure.(5)College graduates in Henan province have a high level of general self-efficacy,a slight degree of interpersonal relationship distress and their job hunting behavior is in the middle level.(6)The general self-efficacy has significant differences on genders,majors,student cadres and community participation for Henan province university graduates.Their interpersonal relationship problems has significant differences on genders,urban and rural areas,academic achievement and community participation.And the job hunting behavior has significant differences on student cadres.(7)Interpersonal relationship problems,general self-efficacy and job huntingbehavior are significantly related.Interpersonal relationship problems and general self-efficacy has significant negative correlation;Interpersonal relationship problems and job hunting behavior has significant negative correlation;There was a significant positive correlation between general self-efficacy and job hunting behavior.(8)General self-efficacy,interpersonal relationship problems and school categories have a predictive effect on job hunting behavior,and the effect of academic achievement and regional development on job hunting behavior is not significant.(9)After 5 times group psychological counseling courses whose theme is "Improving occupation career planning ability of college students",the employment pressure of experimental group has decreased.
