In the era of knowledge economy, human resources are being valued by various countries and regions. The report of the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China pointed out that “talents are a strategic resource for realizing national rejuvenation and winning the initiative in international competition. It is necessary to adhere to the principle of the party's management of talents, gather talents from all over the world and use them, and accelerate the construction of a country with talents." College students are an important part of talents, and their employment intentions directly affect their employment behavior. This research focuses on the influencing factors of undergraduates' employment desire, conducts an empirical study on the undergraduates' willingness to stay in youth employment, explores and explores the factors that affect undergraduates' employment in their places of study, and proposes corresponding suggestions based on the research results to attract more undergraduates to stay in School places to promote local social development.Based on the research results of domestic and foreign university students' employment, this research combines push-pull theory, human capital theory, and social capital theory to design a questionnaire on the factors that influence the willingness of university students to stay in youth employment.Use SPSS to sort and analyze the collected data, use principal component analysis to extract factors of influencing factors, process the data through descriptive statistics, difference analysis, binary logistic regression analysis and other methods, and study the impact of each factor on staying youth The degree of influence of employment willingness. The main conclusions of this study are as follows: According to the results of the questionnaire,59.8% of college students are willing to stay in the youth job after graduation. It shows that college students in Qingdao as a whole show a strong willingness to stay in youth employment. There are significant differences in gender, household registration, school type, grade, internship experience in youth, experience of student leaders, nature of household registration, and family social connections in their willingness to stay youth employment. At the same time, three common factors extracted through principal component analysis: city attributes, life and policies, and the degree of support also have a significant impact on the willingness of university students to stay in youth employment. The willingness of university students to work in school is affected by individual characteristics, push and pull factors and intermediate obstacles.Push factors include high prices, low wages, high employment pressure, and talent policies in other regions;pull factors include complete entertainment facilities, high city visibility and openness, convenient transportation, and suitable climate. The main obstacles in the middle include the distance from home.Only when the thrust factor is greater than the pull factor, can college students have a stronger desire to retain land for employment. This research mainly proposes specific countermeasures from three aspects: improving security, enhancing employment willingness;strengthening employment planning and guidance;optimizing urban attributes and enhancing attractiveness,in order to provide reference for retaining university graduates in the location of universities.
